Second parcel through Everi this week. Photo in hands of delivery person sitting in their van- in next road to my address. Cannot even see my address in photo, could be anyone’s parcel. Parcel eventually found under hedge on front drive, not front porch as requested safe place. Parcel soaking wet. Things do not change. This sort of thing been happening for 6 months now!

For the past 6 months parcels left on drive in the rain.i have requested parcel to be left in front porch which is easily accessible, though a little further to walk (20 yards). Was getting communication when parcel due/delivered. Past couple of weeks no communication. Yesterday found parcel that had sat in rain for hours, as was in cardboard box and fell apart as picked up.

We have bought these pies a couple of times and throughly love them, Bought a mixed box containing chicken and mushroom, chicken & ham and steak & kidney. excellent service everytime used with good delivery service

The service you provide is very poor. I have fed back to your company numerous times about parcels being left on my driveway or path with no attempt to deliver to the front door. The last delivery you advised that you would feed back to the driver my request to put parcel at front door. The driver took photo of parcel in back of van and said delivered to safe place!

Polite delivery person. Delivered within time allocated and to designated safe place. Cannot fault

Good communication from Urban Outfitters- kept informed of order & delivery. However using Everi is reason gave 3 stars. Package left on wheelie bin some 30 yards from front door getting wet . We were home, but no one knocked on door.

Delivery within 5 days as quoted. Products ordered very good prices. Would use again. However I was aware that everi, the delivery company had my parcel for about 2/3 days, cancelled delivery one day, stating ‘exceptional circumstances’ ( they keep doing this) then just left parcel on my drive without knocking on door. (We were in)

Booked an online shop for home delivery to arrive 14/10/23. At 7 am received an email advising payment had not gone through. I was cautious of phone number given incase it was false email phishing. Phoned using customer service number and payment made. Advised shopping would arrive. At 10.30 am no shopping, Phoned and told shopping cancelled, nothing they could do, who ever took payment did not notify store. checked card payments and saw that payment taken, phoned again and again told nothing they could do. After asking to speak to a manager advised shopping could be delivered next day, but no manager available. Asked for confirmation email. After another 30 minutes no confirmation. phoned again and advised delivery booked, though they could not send an email.
The whole saga lasted 4 and a half hours. Sainsburys say they provide customer service yet they do not follow through with this.

Just tried to order my elderly mother a few items to her home via the whoosh system as cannot visit due to fractured ankle. Items such as squash, tissues and sweets things to give her a little pleasure. However neither the squash or tissues are regarded as essential items, yet alcohol is. Tesco you seriously need to rethink what is an essential item and not just your profit margin!

Recently purchased compatible Epsom ink cartridges which worked great to start with. However after using couple of times printer said ink ran out(which it had not). Contacted Emma at customer services who gave advice to solve problem. When this did not work offered full refund or replacement cartridges. Everything works fine now. Excellent customer service with no arguments with prompt delivery of replacement item.
