As a dyslexic customer I am horrified…

As a dyslexic customer I am horrified this company do not support the 2010 equality act by having a route to SPEAK to customer service…it is a strategy that obstructs customer complaints… Live Chat (available 7 days a week), as well as WhatsApp and Instagram are not supporting customers who needs to SPEAK…and emails not responded to…isn’t supporting all customers…

Developed food poisoning after a visit…

Developed food poisoning after a visit to the tea room, an illness o have never had in decades, the response was hostile defensive argumentative and rude, I had heard that customer care here is poor when anything goes wrong, I have now had that confirm first hand. One would expect better from this brand, clearly they are disinterested in a bad customer journey and only in the immediate return on any visit/spend…be warned if things go wrong, as they do…there is no interest in your bad experience…

Products are poor then customer service argue and argue and argue and obstruct and force you down the what’s app route when I am partially sighted and dyslexic and argue I need to find help to do it…then days later still no resolution…drive customers away to Lidl who she’s lovely customer service

Don’t buy too much rotten food or you’ll be banned…

In one week I have purchased onions which were rotten on cutting open the day of purchase and yesterday bananas purchase have gone black…on going through the hoops of photos POP packaging emailing them M&S have sent a toxic email saying as our standards are SOOOOO HIGH it is best we shop else where…as they cannot meet them…SOOOOO rotten food stuffs within the first 24 hours from a food shop that brands itself as quality when this is the only store I have had food rot within hours of purchase…onions being brought home rotten…a total refund required here £2.01…my £2.01 and M&S rather loose third generation dedicated shopper than apologise an refund small values…well M&S don’t sell substandard food and dress it up as premium quality…you WILL go the way of the rest of the stores who believe they are above apologising…it will be well deserved karma…lucky for me there are…oh how many food shops I can buy food in…🤗🤨 M&S you have turned a dark corner of desperation when you alienate customers when you sell them rotten food…you aren’t doing anyone a favour you have no USP…

Goods left out in rain and it’s ok 🤗

A premium store, not a cheaper store…allow other couriers to dump hundreds of pounds worth of goods not only a wet path but then left in the rain for hours and hours and hours and oh hours…then excuse well shop in store or go and pick orders up…with the excise our couriers are on time restrains and don’t want to come back…then ensure whomever you employ do come back…do TWC actually think they have no competition and their USP is ooooh everything everyone else sells? The answer is A HARD NO…up your game or go the way of LK Bennett/Russell and Bromley and the list goes on…infallible you are not….replaceable you are…

I wish to let all of you avid DIY’ers to seek out Dave whenever visiting this store…out of all the staff in these store I find his service to be consistently excellent he is enthusiastic and customer centric at the highest level and makes shopping here a please and a successful endeavour. Toxic customer service all lie or don’t…

The notion that the App can only be accessed with a passcode that IF you forget it the cost for a new one will be £90 for a new passport when every other high street bank have excellent enough security not to loos your money is extreme overkill and way way way too much…if I had know forgetting passcode would take the situation to nuclear level and blocked me from all my savings and current account…and was not going to able to access a code on a reasonable manner/time WITHOUT having to buy a new passport I would have simply not joined…o now not without access to pay bills buy food and live until I get a new passport!!! Yep this is how extreme Chase are…insanity…so Chase loose out on £150k savings and a customer x 5 (my family) and their savings is a loss that they clearly don’t see as an issue…look out NatWest, Lloyds, TSB, Barclays…and every other high street bank…you have inadequate security…I don’t think…

DREADFUlL just don’t shop here

DREADFUL offshore call centres are incapable of common sense distress customers HUGELY with their bizarre take on question answer scenarios…don’t care about customers purchased goods being delivered…delay issues indefinitely…you name it they will go there when it comes to dreadful customer care…they don’t have to do a good job…the business model of employing people who can’t do the job works well…just don’t buy from them go else where

Having never ordered from them before I am unable to sons again…the customer services is diabolical the off shore call centres are unable to understand English well enough or speak it to allow for a comprehensive conversation so the flow is fractured and fails. No lead times for complaints and delivery dates go on and on and on and on…
Shop else where they are dreadful

Deliveries thrown on path outside my home and left

After the newly appointed delivery guy has abandoned deliveries ALL THE TIME…ON EVERY OCCASION he delivers to my home I have had two parts of two orders disappear in three months…he throws the item on the side of my house not even discreetly hidden…with no safe place provided by myself I expected what I had previously from their guy for five years, and a card and to come back if we did not answer the door…this one doesn’t even wait…and the public path is hardly delivering…however I now don’t have that problem…as a disabled 62 year old customer who can’t drive M&S have said they won’t deliver to my home if parcels go astray order store…one can ONLY take from this that Mohameed can’t be asked to do his job properly as Carl did…instead they penalise their long standing customer…disgusting utterly disgusting standards of customer care. The reply is comical because Evri HAVE been made aware of Mohameed’s failings…AND STILL let him to the point I am obstructed from getting home deliveries from M&S because Mohameed either abandons them on the public path or who knows what he does with them…😡😡

Can’t order to home because of bad courier

For all you customers out there who have deliveries to home be aware that if Evri or whomever are delivering abandon your parcels on the path outside your home without waiting, or even caring if you are home at the time or in a short window thereafter, to be able to save said parcel from being picked up by any passer by, as we live in such an unpleasant world now…and my new Evri courier leaves my parcels on the street in clear views on the path outside my house…not even discreetly hidden, and then runs off..: M&S will block you from ordering to home…they will not remotely consider encouraging their couriers to stop dumping things in the street outside your home…it’s way, way more important to accommodate the courier and not upset them…instead loose a loyal customer who is disabled and doesn’t drive so cannot readily travel to store. This occasion has been the second in three month I have lost part of an order when I order bi weekly from M&S…What an insidious world and place we have arrived at when a store we have had present on the high street for a very long time and my mother and grandmother shopped in and I am 62…cut a customer off rather than upset a courier…I know this country is in turmoil with bizarre stands of right and wrong but it seems to be at epidemic level…I’m certain M&S don’t care, well not about their customer, ONLY their courier, well let’s hope this reflects how long they stay on the high street and when customer loyalty is brushed aside instead of pulling their power as the customer of Evri and encouraging their couriers to do the job right…are there no right and wrong values left in the UK? The worst is the previous Evri guy was perfect, waited until someone came to the door or took the parcel away for another day…five years of smooth competent service with a smile…l am now left with someone who dumps, oh sorry dumped the delivery…as now I can’t order to home according to M&S…and it was pot luck if I was around to save it… I have honestly yet to determine if indeed after the photo of delivery to the road side the delivery guy didn’t even take it away…who knows…how nasty M&S have become 😡 what a twisted perspective of right and wrong..:they deserve all the losses they get as a business they are cowards and bullies

While they are all very nice ish when purchasing when anything goes wrong you know what I’m going to say…spare part delivered damaged we tried our absolute hardest to be over reasonable…this is a one sided approach…the incompetency apathy rude arrogant disinterested bombastic attitude shines like a new moon…the declaration that they don’t care about customer inconvenience and hours and hours spent calling, achieving nothing is shouted from the roof tops WOW is this whom we want to shop with? Do they have a USP? NO…I will now look at my AEG goods with shock and horror and distain and know I don’t NEED to buy from such a hostile bombastic business I rather go else where and save my stress levels…least they believe they are the one and only as Chesney Hawks says…lucky for me there are other business with better attitudes to failing customers 🤗

No insistence that their chosen courier Evri strongly insist their delivery guys knock on my door or leave a card I have had parcels thrown in trees, left on the pathway outside my home and all I get is travel to a shop…no remote…well we will INSIST delivery guys do it right…NO NO NO…can’t upset them…OUTRAGEOUS M&S you have the power to insist its done properly…BUT you don’t want to…WOW

Dreadful customer service

We all hope our experience will be better don’t we…bag purchased faulty and returned within the week what utter chaos in the store with staff/call centre liaising with each other mixed messages between them was dreadful and all one gets is no to everything and no solution even looked for…too many apathetic disinterested call handlers and no calls recorded to support the fact there is a vast amount of incompetent call handlers working at R&B…this must be a strategy when every business record calls and for good reason today…dreadful customer journey don’t need to haste and stress as there is no USP here…bags and shoes are everywhere so what makes you desirable to shop with R&B??

Shocking hostile aggressive manner of the new manager is certainly a good reason to avoid this branch of the brand…she appears to have upset other local shoppers and even driven one her staff to leave…I am certainly too intimidated to walk through that door again…and without a USP I have plenty of choice in Harrogate to shop…may be look at your choice or management and try again this one is driving people away in droves…

The role of identity verification…

The role of identity verification administrator within NHS for BS is built on a shocking business model…staff are dismissed in a whim with no reason OTHER than personal dislikes of supervisors…which makes this even more unstable than a regular temp role…I worked this role doing an excellent job no warning or complaints until my new supervisor didn’t like me…very simple…face fits scenario… none can out run that gauntlet…staff remained who did 50% less than me and gained more points as a result of ‘mistakes’…yet are still there…all makes an exceptionally toxic nasty back stabbing (more than usual) environment…while your face may fit with one supervisor…as these rotate in very short lead times it ALL makes for more than usually unreliable temp employment…not worth the risk

Not to be trusted

Over the past four years we have used this garage but no more…poor to bad…out to make as much money as possible eg…they refer to new high quality tyres as ok and subsequently try to force acceptable very passable over the line to create work for themselves…year on year they have got worse for creating issues…this is untrustworthy and greedy…i assume as they have closed a vast number of sites they are attempting to claw back income…I would recommend not to trust them at JCT…the promise was first job, to find our we waited two hours before they did…and instead of apologising or appreciating the feedback the manager was belligerent and hostile and stormed off…we were not give the time of day to have a conversation with around the service/MOT and the car wasn’t even washed as promised…all in all they really think they can treat customers as they like I am left shocked and horrified and was very intimidated by the whole dreadful customer journey…please go else where no aspect of this garage is trustworthy and customer centric in the slightest

Relentlessly HORRIFIC call centre…

Relentlessly HORRIFIC call centre service in the DREADED off shore call centres with STUPID being the key word…and many others…the level of stress trying to rationalise to get SOME sense to progress issues is IMPOSSIBLE…either shop and have issues with H&B and suck it up or shop else where…but unless you have way way way more tenacity than a mere human being…shop else where 🤗😡

Incomprehensibly bad customer care

Incomprehensible HUGE language barrier, the call centres damage the reputation of the business…they simply refuse to listen/hear what one says and rationalise it’s extremely distressing and takes hours to get the message across to no avail!!!
