Waste of time and money

Got a place for a level 3 and the teaching was non existent, all you did when you went in was mock exam papers and had an exam just 4 weeks after the start of the course. I have special education needs due to adhd and an exam after 4 weeks was not expected and so I failed as I was meant to have special arrangements for the exam which I never had except extra time but I was supposed to have my own room to do the exam and breaks in the exam yet didn’t get. This caused me to fail and was kicked from the course and was told I could do level 2 instead that started in January and I’d be contacted. I wasn’t contacted and then when I got in touch they blocked access to my account so I’m now stuck waiting to know what’s what and it really doesn’t look like I’ll be starting this course now as it’s already started. I have a degree in which most of the content was in level 5 of my degree so I don’t understand why I couldn’t have done level 3 and have to start from the bottom despite having most of the knowledge but the teaching was abysmal. I’d avoid this place altogether and go elsewhere as they don’t care about the students on the course.

The tea smells and tastes the same

I ordered a week or so ago and was very exited to get some more exotic type teas, went with the Vietnam and a FOP grade Ceylon. They both smelled and tasted the same despite being two teas and if you like a Ceylon then you know a Ceylon and can distinguish it but the Ceylon had no characteristics of a Ceylon at all. I absolutely can not recommend this store the tea was dreary.

Never comes on time

I’ve had two orders dealt with by these, I’ve paid next day delivery on both yet on both occasions they always come a day late. I hate using them but one tea shop I shop with used them and only them so I have no options tbh.

Some of the worse customer services and practices I’ve seen. Rip off company.

Only offer e tickets when bought in advance. If your phone dies you’re screwed and have to pay a premium just to get home. £220 from St Pancras to Nottingham normal class, I paid £88 return 1st class. If your phone dies before you get on the train and it dose not charge in time then it’s a stuff you, pay £220 to get home in regular class. I didn’t even get a bloody seat for an hour into my journey. Never will I travel by emr ever again, they didn’t even offer to offset the price of the old ticket for the new one which could have been the least they could do or bump you up to 1st as they have 2 coaches of 1st more or less empty and just 3 regular meaning you had to stand. The staff at St Pancras are rude and unhelpful in every way imaginable despite paying their wages.

I’d rather go by coach in the future, it’s much cheaper and they don’t deliberately try to rip you off by ensuring you have to have an e ticket and a rubbish phone battery. They do this deliberately and jack up the prices at the station to force you into paying a whole lot more, they know peoples phones will die and be forced to pay a fortune more. It would have been cheaper for me to have stayed in London an extra night and got the train back in the morning for less than I paid for one ticket without so much as a seat.

I’ve not had such a good experienc…

I’ve not had such a good experience with customer service as I have with Fortnum and Mason. I wasn’t particularly impressed with a product, they looked into and offered a replacement free of charge without having to send the other back. Great in my opinion, not many companies that will go that far to make happy customers anymore. Definitely recommend their teas.

Nice Macarons

The macrons from here are nice, they are well packed and thus avoids many breakages. A great selection of flavours which are all really nice. Id definitely recommend to people wanting good quality macarons at a decent price. I have noticed a price increase which isn't too bad, however, the macarons are a little smaller than other places and thus think pricing should be changed back. I will however, still use as they are really nice.

They deleted my first review

They deleted my first review. I now can't access £300 worth of funds because 1) the price shot down as they held my coins, causing me a loss. 2) still after two weeks I only get one response from multiple support requests and still don't have access to my funds.

Absolutely appalling customer services

Absolutely appalling customer services, returned an item that had been worn twice that cost £850 due to the embroidery coming apart. Instead of contacting me and telling me they would do nothing as "Your item was inspected by our returns team and they have rejected the return due to the item showing signs of being worn and it appears to have been caught on something".

I did say it had been worn twice, I purchased on the 15th and returned on the 2nd. In two weeks your telling me I caught it on something (which I absoloutely did not), all my other clothes and shoes are immaculate after hundreds of wears. The item is clearly not fit for purpose under consumer protection law, is it reasonable for a jumper costing £850 to fall apart after two week, god no. Court it is then.

This was meant to be next day delivery and im now on 3. The first day it was misplaced, they lied aboiut attempting delivery as everyone whom lives in my house was having dinner in the dining room next to the front door. Plus the dobermann goes crazy when the door goes so they lie.

Im going out of my way to avoid any retailer that uses this horrendous company in the future. 3 days of waiting and id rather have just picked it up from the depot than have this idiot deliver anything but no you cant do that.

Disgraceful

So I've had to turn down two job interviews and re-arrange others due to having no hot water. Why is this you may be wondering, well, "emergency" to these people clearly doesn't mean the same as everyone else's definition of the term. When someone came out to look and was told it would be fixed by Monday. A whole weekend without hot water or heating and a severely disabled person is not at all good. Also have to pay the cost ourselves as we don't have the sheet of paper to say the boiler had been serviced yet we get told its online or something from the guy who did it and cant get a copy as the blokes dead.

All in all keep paying the monthly sum and when something goes wrong you then have to pay the full amount for a repair. Your better off getting a tin and putting the monthly away so when stuff like this happens your not left in a mess.

Slander their customers over their mistakes

Go to return a broken xbox one s I had for Christmas, call tech support do everything properly do as im told to and take back to store. The store starts being tricky by saying the serial number for the xbox isn't the same as the one on record and to contact tech, call back again they then tell me to call customer support do that to get told theres nothing they can do as the serial number is wrong and accuse me of swapping the xbox or some other rubbish. 1) I have more than enough money to buy another 50 of them, 2) They xbox on the date of manufacture is under 1 year old so is still under warranty so not sure what im trying to scam as im sure Microsoft would replace / repair the console themselves as its under warranty.

I am very unhappy of being called dishonest and slandered against when surely its one of their cock ups not mine. Anyway left with a broken xbox and nothing I can do about it, waste of money and time, stick with amazon this company should have collapsed while they were in admin and saved everyone their rubbish.
