Customer service gave a 30% refund and offered an insulting £5 credit. I have screenshots of the negligence and am waiting for a response from the Executive Desk.

In the space of 4 weeks
In the space of 4 weeks, UK Mail have 1/ lied about making deliveries which never happened 2/ lied about customers not being at home 3/ lost parcels 4/ damaged parcels 5/ destroyed parcels during the delivery in front of the customer by drop them on the floor from their van 6/ provide totally inaccurate information about the deliveries 7/ do not answer to emails or calls in a timely manner 8/ refuse to pay compensation for their repeated mistakes, I will let you to choose the appropriate qualification for this sort of business behaviour. Please avoid them like the plague
Using DHL / UK Mail for business is a Waste of Time
I use DHL / UK Mail for business, for the past month their service has gone down the drain, totally useless, I am sending parcels on a 24 hour service, 4 working days passed since the parcel shipped out and still showing delayed, and on the other side they are keep loosing parcels.
Since UK Mail and DHL joined together you can't trust their service, to start they were very good, but after a while they have the worse service ever.

Made a purchase through Amazon who on this occasion instructed UK Mail to deliver my order
Despite a message from them stating they were running late but it would be delivered, three days later no show
To my knowledge this is the first time any company I have used sent goods via UK Mail , I have never heard of them.
Reading numerous negative feedback I can only assume my order has gone astray with no hope of a delivery

I would give it no stars, every uk mail delivery is late. You receive an email for a day and they don't deliver when stated. Or the next day. Or the next. And on it goes.

claim to reduce your motor insurance
I was curious about the mail's claim to reduced car insurance quotes by up to 512£.
I am 77, my wife and I have clean driving records, and yet they managed to give me a best quote of 400£ more than my own insurers.
Good carrier
Used to have huge volumes with ukmail, had a few problems and changed.
However Have to say out of all the major carriers ukmail were never that bad.
Middle of the road on price and service but would recommend them.
Received a text to tell me my Argos…
Received a text to tell me my Argos item was on it's way via UKMail, yet I had been told "no delivery before 21 May"
Instructed to track the order on UKMail website. A nightmare - 17 separate actions to get anywhere. I got 2 messages: one to say my order had been collected and the second to say my order could not be found.
If UKMail delivery service is as hopeless as their website......

I would leave no stars if it was an option. They failed to deliver six separate parcels from different companies. The absolute worst courier service there is.
Useless company
Useless company: They give you a 7 hour !!! time slot for a delivery, then FAIL to deliver and say "next working day", so no weekend deliveries?
Compare that with DPD who give a 1 hour time slot and ALWAYS deliver on time, including weekends.
Shops should be forced to tell you which delivery service they use. (This time it was Argos).

Cardiff Depot Absolutely Rubbish service managed to loose 5 out of 6 Parcels and they are not bothered. No customer service at all, Cannot contact anyone who wants to help.

Rubbish service and clearly lie.
They said they attempted delivery which is a complete lie. Their evidence was a map of a random location miles away from me. I was at home all day waiting for this parcel. You can’t get though to anyone on the phone…
Never comes on time
I’ve had two orders dealt with by these, I’ve paid next day delivery on both yet on both occasions they always come a day late. I hate using them but one tea shop I shop with used them and only them so I have no options tbh.
AVOID UK MAIL LIKE THE PLAGUE
UK Mail are the worst logistics company in the UK (and that's really saying something). Every time my company has a shipment coming with them its delayed and takes days to arrive. My most recent order is lost according to the merchant and I've been told to "give UK mail a few days to find it maybe, i don't know." - Zero tracking on UK Mails side. If businesses use UK Mail its a big statement that they don't care about their customers.

My parcel has been sitting in a number of depots but not delivered. UKmail is seriously incompetent and has no customer service. Even during office hours it is not possible to speak to person to sort out a problem of their making.
Once terrible, always terrible
It seems DHL Parcel UK (formerly UK Mail) are just one of the companies destined to never improve.
After having to take them to Small Claims many years ago, I'm happy to say most companies I deal with have now moved onto other carriers after I shared my experience - however I had the misfortune to have their usual incompetence shine through after a supplier chose to use them last week.
The parcel was collected then immediately mis-routed halfway across the country, followed by a whole week (!!) of failed deliveries including one attempt recorded at 8PM - which didn't happen, and even if it did we're a 9-5 business (clearly stated on all of our online presence) so late deliveries are useless.
4 failed deliveries later (where each time the parcel was sent out for delivery then returned to the depot with no attempt made) we saw the van a couple of units down - the driver had no knowledge of our parcel, it wasn't on his list of consignments but lo and behold when we looked in the back of his van there it was.
Absolutely useless from start to finish - and can you get in touch with them? No, you can't - all emails not replied to, social media communication ignored and the only telephone number lets you track your item with a robot then puts the phone down.
Shame there's not a zero star option.
