The installation of my multi fuel stove was only completed yesterday, so i cannot comment on the stove as yet, but the installation has been carried out very well. There was quite a lot of plaster to repair and Michael the Hetas installer did a very good job.
My only criticism would be that the dust sheets used to cover the furniture that i had left in the room either had holes in them or where already covered in brick dust, and didn't do there job.

Ordered late afternoon and delivered the day after next. Very good service plus i was informed when the delivery would be.
