I keep going back to Turners, great customer service, the packaging is all reusable but most of all the pies are just the best.
I’ll be ordering again soon

Tried to buy a pre lit Christmas tree. It never left the store. A box held together with clear tape with a branch sticking out of the box.
Clearly not a new item, either a return or damaged stock.
The staff were pleasant and the refund issued immediately

I have used Turners Pies By Post many times, really great pies which is why I will keep going back. Due to a delivery problem I had to contact them and what great customer support I received. Brilliant. First class.

A while back we bought a car insurance policy then had to cancel within 14 days. LV made that easy no hassle, no hard sell.
We then needed contents and travel insurance (we aren't leaving the UK for a while and wanted a COVID cover policy for UK trips at a sensible price). We went back to LV, they were great value and easy to use online. In light of all of that we will look to LV first in future, as long as they are competitive pricewise we'll be staying.
We'll be looking for the extra car policy next year!

I keep coming back to Turners because they are the best. Great pies, posted in great condition from a company that cares. I now buy for the neighbours.
Oh and the freezer blocks in your box are reusable and better than some I have paid for

Oddballs do great stuff. I’m a colourful socks and undies sort of chap and Oddballs have become my go to site.
The colours stay bright even after multiple washes and I get plenty of wear out of them before they need a visit to the black sack.
How much do I like them, I have a monthly subscription now. Happy days
Great undies, great socks, great shorts (I’m sure the other stuff is er.... great too) and doing some good for charity too

Two parcels two lying bar steward drivers.

My delivery was scheduled to arrive between 1916 and 2016 Having tracked the parcel the driver Allison never got closer than Hatch Road, Pilgrims Hatch. I tracked the parcel until 2030 the driver was always in Pilgrims Hatch.
At about 2040 I tracked the parcel again to find that delivery was attempted at 1752. This is a lie. At that time both my wife and I were in the living room overlooking our path that any delivery would arrive by. NO ONE CAME. Apparently a card was left explaining what happens next, lie number 2 NO CARD WAS LEFT.
I do not accept any attempt was made to deliver the parcel especially over 2 hours early.
My question, why are you lying?
No attempt to deliver the parcel, no card left, no idea what’s happening.
An awful Company, lying staff, crap service. Did anyone get back to me after my last issue. NO
If you are thinking of sending a parcel use someone else.
Parcelforce are totally inept staffed by liars

Truly dreadful
Got a text with my delivery date of 9th. Nope, nothing, no parcel.
Got a text with a date of 10th and a one hour slot, looked at live tracking, that link was removed as it was over 1.5 hours passed the slot.
I know ring the customer service number, “it’s out for delivery“ Im told. No reason for not delivering yesterday.
“Is there’s complaints number“ I asked, I got given a number, read it back confirmed it was correct then rang it. No such number.
Parcelforce the only company that makes Hermes look good

Another order from me.
There’s a reason I keep coming back, damn good pies, delivered on time and very well packaged.
I’m now ordering for the neighbours as well.

I have never had a problem with Quidco. Be careful if you buy from Curry’s though they will try and wriggle out of paying but Quidco fought my corner.
I’m very happy to continue using Quidco

This really is the easiest way of saving a few pounds and it soon adds up.
