Lying

Lying, lazy Spivs. Give me an 0800-1200 window, then tell me they couldn't collect when then supposedly came at 1700. WORSE THAN USELESS. And dishonest.

Unreliable and outdated delivery service - AVOID

I’m still waiting for my 24 hour delivery item to arrive, 4 working days and 3 delivery attempts when ‘apparently’ no one was home. After putting a sign up telling the driver that I was home and to please call me, I received another failed delivery email and on ringing customer services I was told that the drivers do not have the facility to call from their vehicles. Furthermore, after leaving safe place instructions on the online re-delivery form, I was told they will not leave parcels in safe place unless those instructions are given on the original postage instructions, so asking customers to fill that out on re-delivery forms is a total waste of time. Offers to re-delivery to. Different address as re also unhelpful unless someone will be in and able to answer the door for the 10hour delivery window. Parcelforce need to move into the current century, in this instance because they can’t phone when they attempt to deliver they have now driven to our address 4 times and I still don’t have my parcel! Very frustrating!

ABSOLUTE DISASTER

Worked with this company for the last 2.5 years and up until recently it worked very well, delivering my products to my customers.

I got on very well with my regular driver, Craig

However ever since this so called merger it has been an absolute disaster.

Our collections for Monday were not collected.
Our collections for Tuesday were not collection.

Yep no communication to advise of any issues, nope nothing. I had to chase the team late this afternoon down south to find out what was happening. I spoke to Wayne approx between 4.20pm and 4.30pm where he advised that the Glasgow Depot had already marked the collections as FAILED COLLECTION.

WHAT !!!!!!! How early was it marked FAILED COLLECTION, or did they even bother at all to attempt the collection.

It appears nobody in charge of the Glasgow Depot really cares about the customers.

THIS LACK OF CARE AND CONSIDERATION BY THE PEOPLE IN CHARGE OF THE GLASGOW DEPOT IS EVERYTHING THAT IS WRONG WITH SOCIETY NOWADAYS.

I am giving Royal Mail Parcel Force a 1 star

I am giving Royal Mail Parcel Force a 1 star because that's the lowest I can give.I have never delt with such an incompetent comany,apart from Evri in my life. What is the point of a Royal Mail App when redirecting a parcel, for the instructions to be completely ignored on multiple occasions. I have given up on receiving my parcel, and have contacted the company for the item to be delivered back to them for a full refund.

Parcelforce or Parcel Farce as they…

Parcelforce or Parcel Farce as they should be more appropriately named took 4 days to deliver a '48 hour' tracked parcel. I was given a delivery slot or more like a 'delivery chasm' of between 12.20pm and 6.15pm. Expecting customers to wait at home for 6 hours is beyond ridiculous. No wonder Royalfail is going down the pan.

Incredibly incompetent and useless

Incredibly incompetent and useless. They misdirect you, give you false reassurance and information and then fail to respond appropriately in a way that remedies the situation.
All they can do in situations where is undeniably their misdirection or miscommunication is: I told you I was sorry, now what else can I do?
If I had my worst enemy choosing a delivery company, I would still not recommend it to them. This is how bad they are.

Disgusting

Disgusting
For over 10 years I was in contract with and put up with this company. Last week they cancelled my contract without warning & told me that 'Royal Mail did not want my business now they'd merged'. They left me high & dry with no warning & expected me to walk into the post office every day and pay full price for shipping prompting me to leave this review.
During my time with them, they routinely broke items & refused to refund them, treated their drivers like absolute dog mess & perpetually let me down with failed collections & deliveries. The 'lady' who managed my account was pushy, rude & clueless and some hidden charges within the contract often meant I was billed for more than I would have paid as a member of the public in the post office.
If you're a business owner, do yourself a massive favour and avoid this lot, they will do you no favours whatsoever.

Having hired parcel farce to deliver a large heavy item. They destroyed it through carelessness. Item went from Essex to Coventry to Portsmouth? Got broken at Portsmouth then item dissapears and is disposed of under health ad safety. Two business loose money. Parcel farce can't be trusted.

That's one star too many....

That's one star too many....
Got the email with delivery 4 hour window. Took the day off to be there because its important. Sat in my front room waiting. Get an email saying the driver could get no answer. Checked my CCTV just incase I may have nodded off... Nobody at all came near my door for 1 hour before to 1 hour after. Either the guys a liar or he went to wrong address.. I phoned the company contact. Was fobbed off with bull. So now I'm told it will be tomorrow, so another day off another 150 quid lost. They don't care at all. I watched my CCTV and saw a small royal mail/parcelforce van at around 12 noon (2 hours) before the supposed failed delivery, collecting something from a few door up on the opposite side of the road. Also I never got a 'missed you' card in my door. Disgusting service from the driver and the office.

Horrendous company

Horrendous company, I order 5 cards to be delivered by Royal Mail, somehow this shambles of a company got involved and the cards have been delivered to a 'collection point' even though my home address is on the bloody envelopes, it means I now have to go into the town a half hour bus ride away to collect them, it's impossible to have them redelivered as their is no option, the excuse given was 'there was no access' which is a bloody lie, this company is disgraceful

Very poor service

Set a safe place on the road mail app, they decided to not leave in safe place, so I rescheduled the delivery for the next day, a Saturday. But then I didn't turn up. My tracking up hasn't updated atall so I don't know what will happen. I am now going to be without a vehicle for weeks due to this part not arriving.

Shocking service I sent a package via…

Shocking service I sent a package via Parcelforce Worldwide Global Priority 5 days guaranteed on 5th March it arrived in Bristol on 9th March and has remained there ever since. It is near on impossible to get hold of the company to discover the reason for the hold up. Will not be using them again. If I could score 0 I would.

Totally crap

Totally crap. Had two delivery failures then emailed me to collect item with no collection address. Tried every way possible but all contacts deflected by AI or crap web site navigation.
Surprise they manage a 1.9* rating.
If a company won't allow their customers to contact them efficiently or speak to someone when really needed, they don't deserve to be in business.
I will never knowingly use them and when given delivery options for online purchases, will always avoid and buy whatever it is from another supplier who doesn't use Parcelforce.
I would have given them a zero * rating but this wasn't an option.
AVOID....

Don't consider using Parcelforce

Paid for large parcel with Express 24 hour delivery. They arrived with van too small so has to come back in large van in the afternoon. Acknowledged pick up then no update for 3 days with 3 calls to helpline over 3days to be told it was damaged but no details. There's no evidence they could fulfil 24 delivery and reality is they can't and destroyed package so every element of service is false verging on criminally deficient

Broke my frames 10,000 piece diamond art painting for my mother in law ,sent BT special delivery...even though it was wrapped in 5ft bubble wrap and clearly stated glass handle with care they are not compensating me...they are a joke .

Xmas and 1 yr olds birthday ruined by…

Xmas and 1 yr olds birthday ruined by this shower an absolute disgrace and then to rub salt in they demand all receipts after 3 months of not even a reply. Must wait 90 days before you can start not even an attempt to compensate.
Never ever use this lot now totally destroyed by privatisation little wonder its going tits up.

No information flow, don’t care to resolve

Holding an item at depot citing incomplete address despite having been confirmed four times at the Post Office and with three call handlers, information does not flow through systems and people fail to communicate the correct information, and despite having all of my contact details no proactive issue resolution - poor customer experience, do t trust my parcel will be delivered, will avoid this service in future…

did not ring bell

Parcel left on doorstep and delivery driver did not ring bell to let us know it had arrived. NOT ACCEPTABLE. It was fortunate it was not stolen. Would have given no stars if could. It takes one second to ring bell, but the driver can not even do this.

Three times now i have ordered from a company which uses Parcelforce as their courier and three times i've had issues getting my delivery.
Ordered something approx 2 weeks ago, never received it as "no-one" home and sent back to sender. Company sent out another order. I've had excuse after excuse from these cowboys. No-one home, they had received a request not to deliver to my address and refused were some of them. When they attempt delivery they never put a card through door and you cant rearrange delivery without it. Yesterday, while i was home, i received an email from sender confirming my refund. 40 minutes later, email from Parcelforce saying they would attempt delivery then another a couple of hours later confirming delivery! Looked out front door, no parcel! Then i was sent a photo of a parcel(could have been anyones) confirming said delivery but was a pic of various parcels sitting in a warehouse!!! How daft do these people think we are? DO NOT USE THEM AS YOUR COURIER!
