I spent ages ringing shops and searching the internet to find who had the boots I wanted in the size and fit I wanted.
I drew a blank, shops either didn’t know what stock they had or didn’t have the boots.
A phone call to Outside and the guy immediately checked the physical stock, confirmed they had it and put the item by until the mail order department opened.
All ordered and arrived in 48 hours.
Top staff, top service. They have my trade in future.

Easy enough to book, but don't make a mistake. I noticed within a couple of minutes I had selected the wrong dates, immediately checked how to correct the mistake and amended it within minutes. That cost £35.
Looking for a location on their mapping is frustrating, you only get a vague idea where the property is, it could be on a quiet lane, a motorway or on a track. Not a great deal of help.

Easy to use, follow the guide, take the photos, set your reserve, Carwow do the rest with lots of communication. Once the sales complete choose your collection date, jobs done.
I tried Motorway but just couldn’t get it to take my photos, very glad I wound up with Carwow.

I can only review the purchase as I haven’t and hope not to make a claim.
Very smooth transaction, no nasty hidden surprises like some other companies (I’m looking at you Admiral) and competitively priced.

The plug timers and bulbs work well. Top marks
The radiator valves if you have to use the little plastic inserts are poor on the vertical fittings, take ages to tighten rather than fall off and the ones that fit horizontally fall off if a feather brushes them. I took all the vertical fitting ones off, they spent more time on the floor anyway. I'm sure if you can fit them without the plastic inserts they'd be fine.

I just make the orders, the dog is the very satisfied repeat customer.
We will be back when she’s eaten this lot.

A dreadful shopping experience, I'd urge anyone buying wine online to look elsewhere try Laithwaites. If you don't need to shop online then go anywhere just not Wine Flyer.
The only reason to use Wine Flyer is to use up Avios points.
My tale of woe, order placed. 23 bottles of wine. They do warn you your delivery may come in separate deliveries.
I expected an email or text that it was being despatched, hopefully a delivery date and even better a delivery slot. Sadly that's not the case, you get nothing even worse it was delivered late, well one case was anyway the other didn't come at all.
Hoping for the second part of the delivery I left it a couple of days before querying its arrival. An apologising reply - they never sent it. Another email from them stating they had noticed items missing (by "they noticed" I think they meant I told them). I agreed an alternative despatch period and requested a despatch notification and expected delivery date, not unreasonable in the circumstances unless of course the company is Wine Flyer because again that didn't happen.
Another email from me to be told, it was sent the previous day and would arrive either the day I sent the email or the day after (not a lot of help there then).
So use Wine Flyer if you want late partial delivery, without being given a clue as when they'll send it and only if you want to spend time chasing up your order.
Prepare for disappointment and don't be surprised when you are.
In their defence they deal with queries quickly and did offer 500 Avios in compensation although that's worth around £5 and won't even get you a bottle of wine.
Really just go elsewhere, anywhere. Online, in store, anywhere other than Wine Flyer

I consider RS to be my first choice for anything HiFi or TV etc and have done so for many years.
A little hiccup this time, according to the web site the speaker I wanted was only available via telephone or in store. A frustrating phone call followed repeating the serial number a few times only to be told you can only get it in store. My local branch didn’t have one but the great staff at Watford found one and mailed it to me.
Website/Telephone shop poor, but I’ll forgive them this once
