I ordered 2 bath panels, 1 side and 1 end at a cost of £180. They arrived damaged, i sent photos and customer services apologised and sent out two more panels, they also arrived damaged. More photos sent by email, against my wished a 3rd pair were sent and as predicted they also arrived damaged. I keep telling them this is because the manufacturer has woefully poor packaging on the product, with no protection for the painted mdf panels edges or corners. I asked for half of my money back and was insulted to be offered 20% refund and later offered 10% of any future purchase!! As if I would!
All communication has been by email so I have a record of all exchanges. AFTER 3 WEEKS and numerous emails 'Customer services' are now ignoring my emails and the problem has not been resolved. I am left with 6 unuseable panels to take to my nearest recycling centre 10 miles away, for which I will probably have to pay. I am also £180 out of pocket and have no useable panels, my bathroom refurbishment project is weeks behind schedule and I will need to source the panels somewhere else and shell out again! Absolute ballache and crap service. I and my family and friends will never buy from Robert Dyas ever again.

The 'consultant' I spoke to was very personable and extremely helpful, a big plus in my book.
Importantly, she listened and understood my out of the ordinary enquiry regarding cover and addressed my queries with professional and sensible answers. At no point did i ever feel that my questions didnt fit in a box and couldn't be answered, as is often the case!
I paid 50% more compared to last year's price but my new bike is newer and worth roughly 50% more also, so on balance probably fair overall. All things considered I am happy with the service received and the price of my cover.

I have been using Luminar software for at least 2 years now and with renewal coming up at the end of March I contacted customer support for advice on which package to get for my needs. A lady called Oleksandra was brilliant, very concise and easy to understand explanations and pointed me in the right direction to get a substantial discount on renewal of subscription. The software is very good and being further developed and improved as time goes by. I like the way the add-ons are packaged separately as it means the end user is not paying for effects they may not want to use. I do however think some of these 'extras' eg LUTs and Skies are a bit pricey for what they are. Overall though great software without a steep learning curve like some.

Quick and Easy service to use online. Not the cheapest but the level of cover is excellent, with several extras included that are expensive 'add on cost options' on cheaper policies. Making Bennetts the better buy if you care about having truly comprehensive bike cover then I don't think they can be beaten pound for pound.

I visited Helmet City in West Bay, Dorset and tried on a couple of helmets I had short listed. I decided on an Arai Quantic helmet. I could not get the size or colour scheme I wanted in store so I bought it from HC on ebay. It was selling at a very good discounted price and lives up to my expectations of an Arai. Service was excellent in store and online. The lid arrived very well packaged and in less than two days from ordering.

CES made the whole process easy
We got our panels on a government grant scheme which CES helped us with and throughout the process communication was very good. the installation was done in half a day (8 panels) without fuss. Everything works as it should and we appreciate the help this has given us as electricity prices keep on rising. Every little helps as T**co say.

I bought a drone as a present and then discovered i had duplicated another family members present. I contacted EONVY to ask if I can return my unopened package for a refund.
Their reply makes it impossible to do so as they want to deduct a % for restocking, I have to pay customs taxes and shipping to China. Also, they tell me (twice) that if it doesnt arrive they wont refund at all. Which makes me feel it is not worth risking a return at all. Dont buy from these con artists!

I have just taken out an Aura cremation plan for my 87yr old father. He expressed his wishes for a simple no fuss cremation. He doesnt want people mourning his passing when his time is up and also said he doesnt want anyone feeling they have a duty to attend a funeral or put flowers on a grave. AURA were simply the best to deal with by email and phone they communicate brilliantly. Explained everything in easy terms and left me with a comfortable feeling that my fathers body will be taken care of and he will get his last wishes carried out in the manner he wants. I highly recommend them.

I bought three items. A Fedora hat £45 which arrived out of shape due to being soft wrapped, loose in a box with a smaller box containing a set of four large wine glasses. Which had slid around crushing the hat.
A pair of designer sunglasses i ordered at the same time turned up almost three weeks later. All were intended as birthday gifts. One arrived damaged and tge glasses too late. I am Not Impressed.

I bought a basic 'custom' blackout screen cover for our transit based motorhome. I didnt want to spend £200 on an insulated cover from Taylor Made or similar as they are bulky to store in the van. It isnt a perfect but fits well enough to do its job and came in a cloth bag which will make it easy to stow when not in use. Overall id say its good for the price.

I have just bought an 'approved used' Audi A7 from these guys.
I travelled 185 miles up from Devon by train as Stratstone Tamworth had a low mileage, one owner A7 in the spec. and colour I wanted, at the right price and not available nearer my home. The salesman, Jordon and I had conversed a couple of times on the phone and he offered to meet me at the station and drove me back to the dealership where Sales manager Alan, came out to greet me when I arrived and I was immediately offered a coffee and made to feel welcome and comfortable.
I have bought many cars in my 40+ years of driving from dealers large and small. I've learnt that sometimes one has to be prepared to travel to get exactly the car they want, but I certainly didn't expect the welcome I got. Because I was there to buy a £27k used car, a far cry from many of their customers who buy new cars at much higher values (and margins).
Despite which I have to say the level of service I received was exceptional and very probably the best I have ever experienced!
Salesman Jordon was excellent, friendly and very professional. He definitely knew all about the vehicle and was able to answer all my queries without hesitation or any bulls**t. I am quite particular so we spent a considerable time looking over the car, test driving and then doing all the necessary paperwork. All the while WITHOUT ANY PRESSURE or attempts to sell me any additional products or finance etc.
At the end of the day Ieft to drive off back to Devon, feeling happy that I had got a great deal with fantastic service on a used car that was filled with fuel (not heard of these days!) and a couple of nice free gifts thrown in as thank you's for travelling so far to buy from them. As Jordon said, 'there are a 1000 other garages you could have gone to'.
In my experience I can only say go there, as I highly recommend this dealership.
