Just a mention in relation to Smith and Friends Estate Agents,Bishop Street Stockton on Tees.
I have been using this branch for the past 25 yrs for my buy to let properties in Stockton and Thornaby areas of Teesside.
They have just sold of one my 3 bed semis detached houses in Hartburn in Stockton on Tees. Good service and good communications is what I know I'm going to get from Smith and Friends.
Hence the reason it's the only Estate Agents I've used for the past 25 years.
That should say a lot to people considering using Smith and Friends for their buying or selling or renting.
They also fully manage my rental houses.
I know all the staff in the office and they are all professional, experienced, polite and very approachable.
The owner of this company is extremely helpful and professional,Mark Smith.

Has to deal with LSH Management Company regarding a late payment (overseas for 10 weeks) Due to a misunderstanding.
Contacted the company and the penalty charge was removed after my explanation.
15 yrs payments always on time.
Thankful the penalty after consideration was sorted out.

I dealt with a boy called Prince, he was very efficient and excellent communications. He replied by email very promtly and called me when he said he would, unlike many other EDF customer service operators.

Booked test kits through Chrono mics today for Marella Cruise. Site is well laid out, and professional. I had a couple of queries and they were answered very promptly by a lady called Zara, who reassured me and give me the answers I was seeking.
This type of customer service is what is required for a lot of people unsure of test procedures in this present climate.
Recommend Zara and Chrono mics and will use in the future for trips overseas
