1 March 2025: bought a car from Southport Honda today, after much dithering. The two reps, Ben and Tom, gave us tremendous support which helped us make a decision on the one to buy; it was the lower priced of two possibilities, but we were still extremely well supported by Ben and Tom throughout.
Southport Honda is DEFINITELY worth considering if you want to buy a car.

The Granary, Northwood Farm, Derbyshire, from 'Country Cottages' website: Excellent time (3 nights) at this well equipped large, 4 bedroom, cottage. Warm, everywhere inside. Boot room ideal if staying with children and/or dog, leads to pool table room then to really well equipped kitchen - down to dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid. Beds comfortable and warm; towels, provided. Outside is a table, chairs and a chiminea. Parking for at least 5 cars.
Highly recommended.

We have bought Charlie's fish pies quite a few time and always enjoyed them. I can think of no improvements to be made to the pies or other meals we've had and enjoyed.
One observation: continuing care needs to be taken to ensure sufficient meat is included in all Charlie Bingham meals.

Have insured our pooch with Petplan for many years and have had zero problems with the company. They have been helpful when required and claims have always been settled quickly. What more could be asked of an insurer.

Brian, from the Oven Wizard, Preston, carried out a fantastic job cleaning our grubby machine. He was on time and was really pleasant and informative throughout. I recommend, highly, the Oven Wizard, Preston, so much so we'll use them again.

Our little dog has been insured with Petplan for about 10 years and during that time there have been a very large number of claims, all submitted for us by our vet practice. All claims have been paid promptly and all queries answered satisfactorily.

Paragon has been a great bank to deal with especially when, in the past, I made a mess of transferring money. Staff knowledgeable, very helpful and pleasant.

Our vet's practice kindly submits all our claims for us. So far there has been no problem with Petplan settling claims, of which there have been many, and claims are settled within their stated timeframe.
