Having advised the Company one week ago about a faulty product they asked for certain information which I provided and one week later the product is being replaced. Very friendly lady on the phone at the start and lots of apologies about me having to contact them. Only one hiccup they told me they were closing the file before I had received a reply but having resent the original information requested we got back on track. Good service and communication.

I have been a customer of Bolsover for many years, their staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. We had a family problem a few years ago which meant we had to change the booking close to sailing, the staff sorted it out for us and we were able to go on our cruise relaxed and thankful that we were dealing with an excellent booking agent. Bolsover are the first people I think about when booking a cruise and we are now on 74!. Thank you for all your great service.
