I’ve ordered loads of leggings, and keep coming back. They’re really well made and fit perfectly.

Order and delivery all went smoothly.
One gripe, a lady phoned from Appliances Direct allegedly to ask how it was going, then tried to upsell me cover, when I said I didn’t it she immediately put the phone down on me, which I thought was a tad rude, hence only 4 stars.

Booked ski and boot hire through Alpy.
All went smoothly with colllection and quality of equipment.
Would recommend.

Inflated prices so vouchers not worth it.
Ordering process is a nightmare.
I’ve spent the best part of 4 hours on 4 separate web chats sorting out our vouchers and bookings.
Vouchers were a present from our kids but I’ve told them not to bother getting them from buyagift again.
All I can say is avoid!

All fitted ok
But then problem after problem.
Ignored emails or fobbed off with excuses.
Absolutely dreadful after service.
So disappointed as I thought is paid a bit more to use a decent company, but their customer service and customer care is actually pretty shocking.
Twice I’ve got almost as far as taking them to court before they finally started to sort the problem.
I have now discovered a third problem with the batteries but again my emails are being ignored.
I’ve also had missed appointments, one of which I had 2 diffent excuses for from different departments, they couldn’t even get their stories straight.
I have seriously regretted choosing ESE to deal with.

Looking at booking a hotel in Belfast, however the same hotel on Inspire was £100 more for 3 nights. Our kids bought us £200 worth of vouchers so have effectively lost half their money!
My advice would be book directly and not with Inspire, it's a complete rip off.
I have no doubt that Inspire will say they use the cheapest price at the time blah blah blah but we all know that utter garbage.
DO NOT USE INPIRE.

Even though the bed I wanted was out of stock the communication was excellent as I waited for it to be back in stock.
Customer service was great and my bed was delivered with no problems.

Awful company.
Subscription details buried in their terms and conditions. The usual scam, VERY expensive bi-weekly subscription when 'free trial' runs out, all details of which are buried in the terms. Obviously no reminders sent. Website a load of rubbish so they make it as hard as possible to cancel the subscription. Very bad business practice which they try to justify.

Locker didn’t open but bloke on phone sorted it straight away

No air con in the hotel which should have been made clear on the website.
The wifi was paid for but when we went to reception to ask about it we were told not to bother because it was rubbish! The rooms were unbearably hot.
There were a few cockroaches around the resort and loads of ants in the kitchen in the apartment, it would be impossible to self cater as they were crawling all over any food which wasn’t in the fridge, consequently we had to keep crisps in the fridge! The food was possibly slightly worse and slightly more repetitive than on other all inclusives we have been on.
Pool area waaaay too small for the number of apartments so usual morning race for a sunbed!!
Staff were lovely though.
And hotel location couldn’t have been better.

Awful company to deal with. I've been trying to cancel the contract since last July, they assured me it had been cancelled, then I find out it's live. Phoned and emailed on numerous occassions. Customer service promise call backs which never happen. How they are still in business is anyones guess!

Absolute cheap rubbish. Fountain didn't work.

Received dead plants and when I complained the complaint was just ignored. I sent photos in and again received no response.
The plants aren't cheap so I'll take my business elsewhere and advise you to do the same.

Everything went smoothly. Ordered 4 trial pairs and chose 2 to have as prescription sunglasses. The first pair turned up within the week and the second pair came around a week after that. If I had 1 criticism it would be that the the tint is a bit lighter than I normally get. It would have been nice to have had a choice of how dark the lenses were.
