They won’t respond when the product is defected within a month after purchase.

Man skal købe deres abonnement for at få lov at bruge printeren mere end bare til lidt tekst.

Derudover vil den KUN skrive på originale og sindssygt dyre niimbot labels. Der er chip i alle ruller så den ved om det er uoriginale.

Har smidt min i skraldespanden og købt en anden der vil skrive på alt og som ikke kræver abonnement

I have two of these label makers. One for home and one for my business. They are so impressive. Ive had them for years. They work great, are super easy to use, and offer unlimited creative possibilities. I've never once had any problems with them. I highly recommend!

Do not buy their printers, only possible to print with THEIR labels due to an rfid chip in the roll. though you can trick it with an original roll and 3rd party in the printer.. This is some BS, my new B1 will go in the trash and will look at Phomemo instead.. UNLOCK OUR PRINTERS!

I had no idea you couldn’t use any labels that aren’t NAME BRAND with this company. Device is deceivingly smaller than advertised.

They only respond once every 24hrs if you try contacting them.

This company is a scam. I ordered Sep 9, 2025, it’s now October 4, 2025, and have not received my items. I’ve reached out over and over again. I’m going to do a chargeback on them. They wasted time I will not get back

I order the M2 on sept 10th hoping it would arrive in time for a babyloss event and the website BOLDY stated fast shipping around the world! I did get a response to the email after a few days that the M2 was in fact out of stock and they will revert back... i asked for a refund and they then offered compensation and it will be shipped on Friday. I have no received a shipping number but no idea what is included. I have sent multiple emails and no response. I wish I had read recent reviews and I would have avoided this mess! As I have no idea what has been shipped and if it will even arrive.

Malfunctioning printer (bought in NOV 2024) reported to them on 9.07.2025, 2x follow-up emails since- NO SINGLE WORD OF RESPONSE (today is 22.08.2025).
AVOID. They give ZERO after sales support or customer care...

Après avoir acheté l’imprimante l’an dernier avec des rouleaux et imprimé quelques étiquettes aujourd’hui impossible d’imprimer sans prendre d’abonnement ! Cela n’était absolument pas expliqué lorsqu’on achète le produit

Not shipping. Not responding.
I've sent a dozen emails to the label company and the tracking company, nobody is responding. Niimbotlabel say it's shipped, the courier says they're waiting to be given the parcel. That was 2 and half weeks ago. I need these labels to run my small business. A missing package is acceptable, the lack of response from the company is not. I just need to know what is happening to my package!
Edit: the company NEVER reached out to me at all. This prompted me to eventually place a large order with a different Niimbot label distributor. That second order arrived within a week. The original order eventually arrived as well (a month after it "shipped" and went missing), but due to the lack of communication I was forced to make two significant purchases of labels during a time when my small business really couldn't afford the additional expense. This has been so stressful, so expensive, and I will never purchase anything from NiimbotLabel ever again.

if you put a thrid party label inside, they intentionally make the print look bad. but if you glue their RFID sticker inside to that thirdparty label, it prints perfectly!
I bought this useless junk from niimbot. Now i had to use it so my money is not wasted.

But i strongly advice you not to buy any junk from these little creeps so they learn not to trick people with their single digit IQ. It is a label printer , not a rocketscience after all. just find another brand.

I was a little dubious at first, but this device is simple, cost effective and really easy to use. Great purchase!!

Ich bin sehr unzufrieden. Wir wurden mit einem sehr günstigen Printer gelockt. Im Angebot wurde gezeigt, wie leicht man doch z.B. Emojis drucken kann. Als wir dann Emojis drucken wollten, wie im Werbeangebot gezeigt, mussten wir ein Premium Abo abschließen. Im Jahr kostet dies z.b. knapp 60€. (6x der Drucker Preis!). Ich finde dies ist eine Abzocke. Wir sind sehr und zufrieden und werden bei dem Hersteller nicht mehr kaufen.

The tracking information is absolutely useless (one week after my order supposedly being dispatched, it's still not showing as collected by the courier) and they haven't responded to any emails. Avoid.

At 1st I was a bit skeptical, I ordered the Niimbot D11-H after I read the reviews and saw several negative reviews. I ordered and paid by PP but there was no confirmation, but the ordering was just before Chinese New Year. Anyhow the form was sent via the website and there was no reply, I wrote them an email and a reply came with a copy of the confirmation. Today I received the label printer and I am impressed, the app was installed quickly and ran smootly.

I’d purchased my labels on 12-30-24 and just received my order today 1/18/25, about 3 weeks of waiting which is similar to shein. I received everything that I had ordered. At first, yeah I was skeptical AF because there was no confirmation # but the order # and tracking # had no info for awhile (1 1/2 week of no info). BUT I had faith. If this site is from china, then the processing system is similar to shein. It is a legit site, but communication sucks. If you are willing to wait for your purchased items because it is coming another country, okay cool. But don’t complain it’s taking forever because it is coming from another country. I said my peace and have a blessed day!

I ordered two D11-H printers. I received them after 32 days! When I wanted to add them to the application, I received the message that they cannot be used in my region (Europe), and to contact the seller. I contacted both the manufacturer who told me they are not authorized to intervene and to contact the seller as well. The seller informed me that he sent me region-locked products and that he would contact the manufacturer. 5 days have passed, the problem has not been solved and neither the seller nor the manufacturer are responding to emails. I now have two products that I can't use. Thanks Niimbot !!

The problem was resolved after a "reasonable" period of 12 days !!!

The local courier not responding for delevery
