Aggressive and make threats to discontinue emails if you don’t respond to their demanding emails. My wife died of cancer, told them but were unsympathetic and cut me off when l told them to stop threatening when l dont reply to their emails . Unprofessional and cruel. No wonder l don’t sleep!

Ordered a mattress over £300.00 in February waited but nothing, told it was all in hand in March, April comes, no mattress, the support@sleepstation email address returns my emails and looking at other reviews they have gone bust. Checked companies house and the company is still active. Matthew Chambers I need my money back!!!

I ordered two oak headboards in February I've tried to ring them to discuss a refund but the phone cuts off. The web address is no longer working I think this company has ceased trading. I'm hoping I can get my money back through my credit provider.

Ordered my unit on the 31st January for just short of £300 I was told delivery would be 5th Feb then I received and email saying it would be March. I emailed twice on Thursday and left a message on answer machine and I have had no response and I am still awaiting my delivery very very disappointed and I would like a refund asap

As per previous review, I too can't get a response from The Sleep Station after paying £908.10 for a mattress.

To Matt Chambers: As mentioned in my email and voice message, please cancel my order and refund monies.

Dispute case opened with my credit card company.

Update 11 Apr: Received letter today from an insolvency practitioner stating the company is bust!

Unable to contact and/or get a response from Matt at The Sleep Station after they’ve taken £1,350 of our money - the website is down, I’m calling constantly placed on hold and then directed to voicemail

Very disappointed with this company.
After speaking to Matt I was assured the bed I wanted to purchase would be delivered 5 days later on the 13th March. After payment receipt acknowledging my order, and delivery date Nothing, no further advice on delivery time, or apology for the bed not being delivered.
Matthew sounded very honest and sincere on the phone, but having parted with my £407.00 and goods not arriving when I was told they would, I am very sad to say I should not have trusted the word of this salesman.
The annoying part is I could have gone elsewhere and ordered the bed, but waiting for this delivery, and trusting it would arrive on time, has prevented me from doing that.
I am more than a little concerned as to when I will have my payment refunded.

Very happy with my purchase from this company. I emailed a gentleman called Matthew on multiple occasions with a variety of questions and each time he was able to answer all of my queries. I eventually placed an order for a mattress and the experience was most pleasant. I’m not normally one to spend time leaving a review but as he went above and beyond to provide such an excellent service, this is the least I can do. I’ve already recommended the sleep station to family members and friends. Thank you again, Brian.

Even though the bed I wanted was out of stock the communication was excellent as I waited for it to be back in stock.
Customer service was great and my bed was delivered with no problems.

The worst online business I have patronized. I ordered for a Julian Bowen Maine Surf White Solid Pine Underbed Trundle which was delivered within 7 days actually, however, they said it is a 2 man delivery and my expectation was that it is a full bed as shown in their website and that the 2 men would help with assembly. On delivery, it all fit in 1 long box and I was surprised when the delivery man turned back. This was on a Thursday. Since then, I have called their phone lines repeatedly, left voice message, but I never get a call back and no one picks up. I opened the box on Saturday, and was about unpacking the woods before I thought to check the instruction manual and realized that what I bought was only an underbed drawer and not a full bed. I have called again and left email, no one ever responds. And the worst part is that they have not stated anywhere what the return process is. I would advise to avoid this company unless you're very sure you have no likelihood of return. I checked them on companies house and realise it's only a small business, not a crime, but too much risk for me as a customer. I will update my review when I hear back from them.

I have just purchased a sofa bed through this company. The communication was excellent, e mails answered promptly. The item has arrived with no issues and is excellent quality. Hopefully it won’t disappoint after more use .

I was quite happy with this shop. I had a quite unique matress that could not fir just into ny bed frame. I made some search online and found this site. After contacting them they did help me with that I need, and I could feel the professionalism all way. You have my respect.

It has been more than 7 days and I have had no update from them after I paid for my order. Won'r answer emails or calls. While it was a sale call they had all the time in the world but for a status update, they are always busy.
No way to cancel the order even so that I could buy from somewhere else. My money is stuck. Maybe small claims court is the only way.

So someone got talking the moment I post a review on Trustpilot. It has been 7 days and no one cared to write me an email that your order is under process or we are working on it. And calls never get picked up.
On your website, it said, "ETA 7-10 DAYS!" (not working days) it has been 7 days without any communication from you.
So in my opinion it's not harsh. Free advice, engage with your customer, don't shun them, don't fear them, don't run away from them or their questions. Keep them informed, keep them in the loop and you fill find that they are not the monsters that you think they are.

These guys were the cheapest for a Baumhaus Tallboy unit that I wanted. Delivery was quick (4 days from placing the order) and arrived exactly when they said that it would. The courier phoned about 30 minutes before arrival too.

Good product, quick, efficient delivery. What's not to like?

Awful experience - found bed cheaper via The Sleep Station, but don't be fooled by their prices. Took the day off work to wait in for my bed, but had no comms on delivery. Called up in the afternoon to discover the bed was out of stock and wouldn't arrive for weeks. They refused to compensate me for the inconvenience, extremely poor service. Avoid at all costs.
