AVOID - no resolution three months on - £300 order
AVOID! I’ve had a three‑month ordeal with Evans Cycles after receiving the wrong bike before Christmas. Multiple failed collection attempts, no communication from the courier, and the complaint wasn’t properly logged despite repeated requests. Refunds were processed incorrectly - including onto a gift card that now doesn’t work.
Still no proper resolution and extremely poor customer service from multiple advisors. When visiting one of their brand partners (Sports Direct) the staff there laughed when I told them my experience and said 'yeah, that's Evans Cycles for you - they're terrible"
Would not recommend.
