Let Down
I ordered a bike on the morning of March 9th for my daughter's birthday on March 18th. The website stated the bike is dispatched after 3-4 days so based on this ample time for the bike to arrive ahead of the birthday (and why I placed the order). Later that afternoon I got an email saying the bike was out of stock and would arrive from the supplier on March 17th. I emailed the same day informing that at the very least I needed the bike by the 19th, asking if they could make this happen. I had no response to the email. I tried calling every single day thereafter couldn't get through. I again emailed on Fri 13th asking for a response or a refund if they couldn't deliver. Finally I got through to someone on the phone that morning who stated he would update me at the end of the day, no call arrived. I called back and someone else answered and stated the bike will arrive on Monday 17th and they will do next day delivery. I again stated that if they cannot guarantee this to give me a refund, I was reassured. I again called Mon and Tue with no answer. on Thu 19th got an email stating the bike wouldn't be with them until Mar 27th. I have now had to scramble to find a bike (and not the one my daughter wanted) for her birthday. Birthday ruined. Pathetic response.
