We’re truly sorry for the frustration this experience caused and we completely understand how disappointing it is to wait that long and not receive your bike.
This model was ordered on request, which means it first had to arrive from our supplier to our warehouse before shipping. As soon as the bike reached us, we dispatched it immediately. Unfortunately, due to an issue on the carrier’s side, the shipment was returned to us, which is something outside of our control and regrettably extended the overall timeline.
Once the bike was delivered back to our warehouse, we proceeded with a full refund right away. We’re very sorry that this process took longer than expected and that it didn’t meet your expectations.
