Also I ordered a spare just in case and they said they would inform me ,.Rode away very satisfied then realised that they the tool I had would be not up to to the task of fitting the part-.
Went back with shame on my face but with a sunny smile they did the job in 5 mins.
Not only that but thanks to their efficiency the spare part came th he next day which I was promptly informed by Paul by SMS
