My bicycle had too many problems to list here.
They quickly identified the problem that had been mysterious to me for some time. Within 24 hours they fixed everything and it's was reasonably priced for all the work they had to do. Everyone's very knowledgeable, approachable and helpful. Highly recommend

The bike is fixed and it needed a good service too so I'm happy about that but they had my bike for over a week and unless I contacted them, I didn't receive any updates as to why. It was because they were short-staffed but they didn't send any communication so customers were left in the dark.

Mix bag to be fair . Some times its grestings other times its like im a ghost. However the down stairs engineer is amazing at his craft and since him my bike works as it should now ill always take it there .

Booking the service was a good experience — the lady who booked me in was clear, helpful, and explained what to expect. I knew the bike would need a fair bit of work as it’s older and well used, and the quote (just under £400) seemed reasonable after I called to check which items were actually necessary.
When I collected the bike, I was told the rear derailleur was “a little bit sticky” and to keep an eye on it. Unfortunately, it turned out to be far worse than expected, with constant gear slipping — especially when riding out of the saddle.
The new gear cables were also fitted without a handlebar barrel adjusters, which made fine adjustment difficult. With the gears slipping, chain rub on the front derailleur, incorrect rear derailleur limit settings, and the remaining adjuster almost out of thread, I had no choice but to fix it myself. I didn’t take it back as I couldn’t be without my bike for another week (its my commuting bike) and didn’t want to risk being charged for adjustments.
The rest of the service was good, but gear shifting is a key part of any bike service, and it’s frustrating that this was missed. It’s a shame, as the location is convenient and I was considering bringing my other bike here in future.

Walked in with a flat tyre. Fixed within 20 mins. Very knowledgeable when I asked questions relating to upgrades and servicing etc ..

Product arrived a month after I ordered it even though they mentioned that it would come within 5 days of buying. I had to chase several times and when the product arrived I was only informed after I called again

My name is Shereef Mytheen. On 23/12/2025, my bicycle got a puncture, and I went to this shop to fix it. They replaced the tube. After one week, it got punctured again, so I returned, and they changed the tube again.

After riding a short distance, the tyre got punctured again. I went back, and they replaced the tube once more. The next day, the tyre was punctured again, and I had to push my bicycle home.

The following day, I went to another shop. They replaced the tube and fixed the real problem. The shopkeeper told me that if the issue had been checked properly the first time, this would not have happened.

I am sharing my experience so that when a customer comes in, the problem is checked carefully and solved properly.

I came in on Friday as my chain was broken. Ross and Joe were fantastic! By Saturday morning my bike was good as new and now rides smoother and better than ever before. Quick repairs carried out by a lovely friendly group of people!

Very good, very transparent about what needed doing, pricing seemed fair, and they did a good job of explaining what had been done, for someone like me who doesn’t speck bike jargen. And got the bike turned around really fast. Will be my main go to bike shop from now on.
