Rear derailleur hanger snapped and mashed up derailleur as well on Sunday 26th am
Took it to Balfes Streatham (my go to guys),although they could not do it that day they understood I needed Tuesday if possible but definitely by Friday.
The said although no guarantees they would try their hardest.Lo and behold got a message saying this is the quote (which was reasonable).
I said go for ita take some extra if needed to finish it Monday.
They said not necessary and then miracles,got a message at 3.30pm saying all ready.
After collection it rode like a dream.
Cannot thank them enough
Pete and Ross served me monday and Rebecca and Chris on Sunday
As I have said before Balfes are the best.Use them
