Parcelforce need to improve the user experience journey of their site.
During the UX journey through the booking a consignment service, two fields require contact details of both sender and recipient (or email). How does the user know which mobile number format is correct to allow progress onto the next page? There's no help button. The correct format has to be arrived at by trial and error.
