ZOX Arvostelua 

I had an issue with USPS losing my order. I contacted ZOX and received a response in less than a day. I didn't ask for a refund or a reorder, I really just wanted to let them know that with the current issues with the USPS work slowdown, they might want to reconsider using USPS as a delivery option. Well even without asking ZOX sent me the items that USPS lost and used FedEx to send the order. The person I spoke to at ZOX was friendly, helpful, and very customer-service oriented. I am extremely impressed with the customer service and will be a repeat customer due to the wonderful way I was treated and my issue was resolved. I highly recommend ZOX!

Excellent products and even better customer service. I've ordered a few times and loved everything. The most recent order I did not love. I contacted ZOX and they made things right immediately with no questions asked. AMAZING customer service for an amazing product.

My biggest problem is the amout of time between ordering and arrival at my door. I have not received this item yet.I am enjoying the bracelets I have chosen. I was confused it was my order that was placed on March 25 that I am still waiting for.

I have several bracelets from Zox and I fell in love with the watch band so I ordered it. I didn’t realize that it needed the adapter for my Apple Watch. I contacted the company and they are sending me the adapter right away so I’ll be wearing my new watch band and will get more. I appreciate the help the company does and the great service.

I have a sensitivity to pressure so I need more of a continuous loop style watch band but those tend to stretch out quickly. These fit amazingly, the clasp that allows you to tighten or loosen the band works great but also does not trigger my pressure issues. As well the designs and colors are great and the materials used are great quality. I cannot say how happy I am with this product!

Very pleased with all the zox wristbands I have collected so far. I am a fan of the mystery wristbands. The recent special edition "Choose Your Character" is very cool. I am loving the interactive bands as they give the extra affirmation on the go from your phone. Can not fault the amazing customer service, and I am happy to report I have been a customer for years.

ZOX is amazing. I’ve been a customer for years. I keep coming back because of their product but recently had to use their customer service.
