I love my watch band, it was a gift from my son. Several months after receiving it, it broke in a way that was unable to be fixed. I reached out to Zox and immediately emailed me back and asked the type of watch/band it was so they could replace it. Within a week I had my new band

I made a mistake on my order with a size that I am gifting. I sent an email to their customer service and they immediately responded and helped me out. I love to show off my Zox bracelets and watch band, and enjoy giving them to friends and colleagues.

I had a damaged package get received by one of the carriers deeming it undeliverable so I sent a quick email over to Zox requesting help and/or a replacement. Within a few hours I was pleasantly greeted with sincere apologies and condolences with an almost immediate order update stating I had a new order from Zox. A little over 24hrs later and my package is being shipped. Absolutely incredible!

They stand behind their products - they reshipped a lost order & I'm absolutely obsessed with these bracelets. I love picking our which one I will wear for the day! If your on the fence to buy - just do it & you won't be disappointed!

I was intrigued by the different bracelets and have purchased three. I then ordered a keyring but it got lost in the mail. However, since even they couldn't track it they refunded the entire cost.

I will continue to use the site and the products and the people who responded were very helpful

The reps answer questions quickly and are always happy to fix issues. One very important order never got to me because the Amazon delivery driver doesn’t know that they have to deliver to the correct building in my complex (they all have numbers on them) but ZOX happily resent my order. I’ve never been disappointed with customer care- whether I have a problem or just a quick question-best company EVER!

Lovely customer service, love the products, may be my newest addiction. Does have pay in 4 options but I don’t mind paying in full for the right products 👍🏻

Zox is beyond incredible! I ordered Bracelets for my friend who had just lost his special fur baby unexpectedly. I needed them to arrive quickly because they are moving at the end of the week. Somehow the original package is stalled, but I reached out to them and they immediately sent out another shipment to ensure they receive their bracelet before they move. Zox caring and concern goes the extra mile and it's quite inspirational to see! Thank you Zox!

I accidentally received one item in my order that was incorrect but the customer service team was extremely eager to help resolve the issue and it was a very good experience! I will definitely continue to purchase products from this company in the near future!

I submitted a contact request through the Zox website due to it being outside their normal business hours. I ordered several bracelets and needed to exchange one of them for a smaller size. Despite being outside their business hours, I received a response from a customer service agent via email within minutes and then received a separate email right afterwards stating the new smaller bracelet was being shipped. I then asked how I could return the other bracelet that was too large and they kindly thanked me for my business and told me to keep the other bracelet or gift it to someone. The agent that responded was not only extremely quick with resolving my inquiry, but she was also very kind and professional! I will definitely be ordering more items from Zox in the future!

I‘ve ordered several watch bands from them (love the watch bands!) and went to order another when it came out in a print I love but didn’t notice that they had changed the watch band to be universal and you have to buy an adapter now for your type of watch. I thought they had sent me a band for the wrong watch so I emailed them and they responded super fast and explained about the new bands and adaptors and are sending me the adapter I needed for free. Emailed on a Friday and was not expecting a response until Monday but they answered and took care of it on Saturday and sent me the part I should have also ordered for free. I’ve purchased many bracelets and watch bands from them and this is the first time I’ve had to contact customer service and I was very impressed! ZOX is an awesome company!

I am so happy to wear and gift these climate friendly bracelets. The wrist bands are an inspiration, affirmation and witness to the wearer and others of the positive energy of love and goodness we all need. Their excellent customer service shows how much ZOX cares about their customers and believes in their product.

I had an issue with USPS losing my order. I contacted ZOX and received a response in less than a day. I didn't ask for a refund or a reorder, I really just wanted to let them know that with the current issues with the USPS work slowdown, they might want to reconsider using USPS as a delivery option. Well even without asking ZOX sent me the items that USPS lost and used FedEx to send the order. The person I spoke to at ZOX was friendly, helpful, and very customer-service oriented. I am extremely impressed with the customer service and will be a repeat customer due to the wonderful way I was treated and my issue was resolved. I highly recommend ZOX!
