I have been a customer since the beginning of Zox. I ordered something new that changed the fit of what I usually buy and I was quite upset. I emailed them about feedback and my hesitation to continue to buy new product vs old. They emailed me back and took my criticism and made me feel like my voice as a customer mattered. Offered to take the product back and offered a discount for a new purchase for me to be happy. I will continue to remain a valued customer because they made me feel valued. Great service. Shipping was quick and my order was correct. There was a missing piece for a keychain but in less than 24 hours after sending a quick email they responded and sent me a free replacement.

I love the ZOX interactive bracelets. I bought 8 of them for Christmas presents. I have bought 3 more for Birthday gifts. They were an inexpensive way to encourage my loved ones every day.

I lost the my angel bracelet with an angel charm this past week and after looking everywhere I had been, I ordered two with another charm. My husband died a year ago this April and it has been a gentle reminder of him. The kind people showed sympathy and support in an unexpected way that I appreciate.

Even though it was outside of their working hours, the team responded to me very quickly, were very friendly and very professional. They answered all my questions and even sent me screenshots of some questions I had asked. I am really looking forward to placing and receiving my order!

I emailed about needing a bracelet by a specific date. It said responses were normally within 24 hours. It was more like less than 24 minutes. Stephanie was fantastic about giving me my shippiing options. She even followed back up to let me know their warehouse was closed on Saturday and Sunday (since this was on a Friday). She definitely didn't have to do that, but she did. I ordered the bracelets and let her know once I had done so. She was as excited as I was. I work in customer service, and this is better than any service I've ever received. Thank you.

Absolutely amazing. I bought one for my birthday with my birthday money and unfortunately I lost it so I bought another one just before Christmas. That band then stretched out so massive that I can no longer where it so I reached out to the Zox team and they are sending me another one!

I have several watch bands and bracelets. I love them all. When I received a notice from the carrier that my package had been damaged and was undeliverable, Zox immediately sent out a new one.

Absolutely LOVE my memorial bands and I just placed another order today for my Bible ones and I also ordered some for my Mom for Mother’s Day!! We will now have 3 bands that match and I can’t wait to see her reaction…..I just might have to give them to her early!!

I placed a small order to check out the product. I was impressed with the product so I placed a much bigger order. I'm gifting our kids and grandkids for Easter.
My large order came and there was a minor issue. I contacted customer service,my issue was resolved quickly and very politely. Not only is the product amazing and affordable, their customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend this product and this company.

Wonderful Customer Service. I ordered three bracelets for presents. The birthday celebration was moved up by four days. I contacted Customer Service by email. They got back to me right away, pulled my order, and was able to ship at FedEx, not the standard delivery I originally selected.

I love these bracelets! There are so many great categories and designs they will appeal to every one I know! I have been collecting designs I love and gifting others to my girls and grands that I know they will love! The interactive bracelets are a great pick-me-up on a tough day.
