This business is much more than just a business. The world needs more small businesses like these guys! Very efficient and fast shipping. I’ve ordered several interactive bracelets and passed them out. And I recently bought their Apple Watch band and didn’t know how to install the bands. I wrote them an email and they personally took a video on installation and sent it directly to me. Thank you guys for what you do and keep spreading the word!!

Awesome product and customer service. I was gifted one of these by a friend and decided I needed to gift one to a friend as well. So I ordered one for her, not realizing that she no longer resided at the address I had on file for her. I reached out to ZOX, and not only did they respond within hours, but they had already corrected the address, and the item was shipped the next day to the correct one. By far the best customer service experience I have had bar none.

One of my husband's favorites, Iron Sharpens Iron, stopped responding. I asked if there was a way to restore the messaging and the next business day received an e mail letting us know that a new bracelet was on the way! A day later we got the confirmation and tracking information. If only we could expect this dedication to the satisfaction of customers shown by Zox!

They refunded me for a bracelet in a set I ordered. When I asked why they responded quickly and offered to send another of my choice. As that one was for my daughter i requested a similar one in her size and they sent it immediately.

Zox products are high quality and super cute. They also stand behind their products and make it very simple to get a replacement within their warranty period. I tell my family and friends about these bracelets.

ZOX is one of my favorite companies to order from- I love the products and the messages of affirmation. I have had to contact customer support a couple of times over the years and each time my issue was resolved right away with care and concern. Once I had messed up redeeming points and this last time I had an rfid chip not working in a bracelet- both times they made sure my concerns were addressed- and they are shipping out a replacement bracelet for me right now for the defective chip. I have been very happy with how they communicate and care for their customers in a positive and friendly way.

We're looking for ways to improve employee well-being and satisfaction, so I purchased more than three dozen Zox to use this summer with the high school intern program that I lead a Kaiser Permanente. In my role as a Performance Improvement Consultant, I'll oversee a project that will use the Zox as an immediate, real-time mood booster to measure and improve the "Happiness Scores" (think: just-in-time employee satisfaction surveys) of the interns and employees in the 20 departments that will host them. Zox incorporates both the meaningful and the mirthful in a simple, easy-to-use wearable that we hope has a great impact in our healthcare environment.

I've been going through a tough part of my life over the last year. After buying a few other Motivational products, I started seeing ads for Zox. I got curious and checked out the website. I love the product, the artwork, the messages, and even the technology, which doesn't feel gimmicky.
