Have been purchasing Zox for many years, and only recently had an issue that required a warranty claim. Absolutely amazing customer service. I had a replacement in the mail the next day! 10 out of five stars!! Seriously such a great company.

I have always received the best of everything from Zox. Whether it's the quality of the product, order customer service... they have always been the best hands down above any other company I have ever encountered or dealt with.
I truly appreciate these guys. Especially since they've never jumped on the corporate greed bandwagon, they didn't raise their prices unnecessarily during covid, because they realized they could be greedy and make more money, unlike almost every other business and company in existence. I think there were only two or three other major major corporations that didn't take advantage of all the price gouging.
I ordered from these guys constantly.... Because it would break my heart if they went out of business, due to the fact, these guys are better in every way, shape and form than all others.

Quick to fill my orders. Quick to edit my orders. Such good communication!!!! Such cheerful, helpful customer service. And I just keep sharing the blessings of these bracelets with others.

I am hooked on these bracelets. They seem to have one for every need. They aren't too expensive and make the perfect gift for times when someone just needs a little reminder. A gift to show you thought about them. The shipping is always fast. And the one time my package was lost, they sent out another quickly and with no hassle. They really try to make it right.

Great customer service. The mailer was damaged and the watchband lost in the mail. New item was ordered and shipped same day.

I received my bracelets and they were a bit snug. When I contacted customer service, they very quickly responded and refunded my complete order, told me to keep the smaller ones and give them to friends, and it allowed me to order the size I needed. Highly recommend. Very reputable.

I recently lost my husband and I am in deep grief. I saw the advertisement for the Sox bands and thought it would be some positive affirmations. I love my wrist band. I check it every day and the information usually hits home for that day. I like it so much, I bought my two sisters one and me another one. My sisters love their gift.

I love these products, however, the company has outgrown their ability to process and ship products in a timely manner. Their customer service has dropped severely. Be warned if you order from them that you will likely never get your products or they will be severely delayed.

Had an issue with the packaging. Appears that a razor had been used on the side and I only received part of my order. Reached out to Customer Support and they helped immediately.
