The Zox team went above and beyond in resolving my issue.

I had a very small minor issue, No biggie, with an adapter once I notified them. They immediately corrected the issue in both refund and replacement .
customer service is top. Notch with these guys.

Have placed 3 orders of 5+ Bible Verse bracelets. I will admit that along with the 1st order, I chose to also order from a similar company. I have only ordered from Zox since. The bracelets are a better quality and, Zox does not require you to download an app to your phone! It also provides as many verses as you need per day! The initial order was for Christmas gifts. Since, I have had to order 2 more times because I keep getting requests for them. The quality of these bands are great but the message it provides is even better. Thank you for creating them. Zox is an amazing brand and their customer service is the best I’ve seen. I’ve had mistakes in orders but they are quick to send the correct item and request you to spread the love to someone else who could use it, rather than returning them. I filed a wrong order after hours and they even responded within minutes and got a replacement order right away. I have lots of these bracelets and they’re amazing!

ZOX just understands what it means to live in today's world and helps us to be better people. They lead with kindness and positivity, gathers together a community, helps healing hearts, lifts spirits, celebrates life, creates space for art and dreams, and cares for our Home Earth and Creation. And, oh yes, has great products.
All of this... and takes care of the customer in such an amazing way. Not just the designs and products, but the Customer Service is way, way above and beyond. I'm surprised Artemis astronauts didn't see them on the moon - they're that way beyond! Whenever I had a issue, usually my error, it was taken care and a message waiting in my inbox for me. They are just awesome.
Other businesses should follow ZOX's lead. ZOXers change the world for the better.

I ordered myself a bracelet in memory of my soul dog that I lost a few months ago and was devastated that it did not arrive. But one quick contact was all it took and I got a sincere message and apology PLUS a replacement bracelet express shipped to me. This was a very human and caring interaction on behalf of the company and I will be purchasing again.

The products are all first class, the after sales service is first rate and if you have a problem they solve it without a issue and it's sorted without taking weeks like some companies do. I can't fault them for anything.
