Once in the contracts you are locked. It is definitely too much money unless you are a dedicated call center or sdr. If your a small company, instead of using ZoomInfo, use a company in your industry who can provide with with an SDR who has access to their own data. You can get the SDR and the data for about 1/3 the price of ZI.

Sales process is absolutely brilliant and once you sign up the service just goes downhill. Onboarding process is very elongated and I genuinely believe this is to drag you along for 3 months so you pay. This business is built on tying people into a contract and revenue and not service. At this moment I could not recommend businesses to use this service.

Sells illicitly obtained personal data. The "Opt-out" form asks for additional personal data to "confirm" their removal.
Does NOT comply with GDPR or the Spanish LOPD.

This company mailed me out of the blue to my PERSONAL work mail, saying they were going to collect and sell all my company data to their customers. I never interacted with this company before and I don’t know how they got my mail, since I never used it for any service. As far as I know, all of this is illegal in EU, where I am located.

For me, this platform is overpriced and not worth the money. It was a mistake to enter into a contract and end up paying for nothing. I do not wish to hear from this company again. I plan to write a review on all platforms and my YouTube channel about how useless this platform is. Your salespeople do not try to help or explain the product, offering only a 1-day test period. If I’m mistaken, feel free to correct me, but it seems your goal is to lock companies into contracts and charge them.

Zoominfo fraudulently tricked us into signing a contract with them for services they do not provide. Under no circumstances should you sign up for this scam of a company.

ZoomInfo has my phone number listed attributed to one of their customers/clients. I've been receiving unsolicited phone calls for months, and have requested ZoomInfo remove my number under this customer's name twice but haven't received so much as a reply.

They scrape actual information of real business websites and put in false location and contact info. Beware of this site!!

Mass Spam Operation. They keep bombarding me with hundreds of emails about people who either do not exist or are characters from films and TV shows. None of them work at my website. Pretty obvious that they are scraping websites and collecting data. Anyone paying for this rubbish should think twice because it appears that the information is not reviewed or vetted.

The Woñderfull aspect of Zoominfo is If you want to know the pricing plans to find out if that would suite your budget you have to provide your email.

sign up page does not work. you get stuck at being told your phone no. is not accepable. What's my phone no. got to do with a 10 day trial? Did not get to do trial as a result. Your problem Zoominfo. you dont desrve customers on that basis. Consequently I have no idea whether their stuff is any good!

As a tech company, we decided to work with ZoomInfo to replace our existing lead generation tool, hoping to access a larger data pool and enhance our sales process. Unfortunately, our experience with ZoomInfo has been very disappointing. The sales team made many promises before we signed the contract, but after subscribing, we discovered that the contact data quality was poor, with a high bounce rate. The contacts were outdated, and many bounced emails risked our domain being flagged as spam. Additionally, the Customer Success team was not well informed about their product, so they could not provide clarifications for some of our queries. Given its high cost, ZoomInfo really does not offer good value for money.

Overall, there are more cost-effective alternatives that deliver better results. I strongly recommend exploring other options for better data quality and value in lead generation.

I've received a "Personal Information Notice" email from them, sent to an email address that has never been used by anyone.
The only way to get this removed from their system appears to be to give them my full name and phone number. I'm not doing that, I'm sure they don't actually have my name and phone number, so I'm not going to give it to them and risk them adding my personal details to their database.

It's illegal here in the UK to send an unsolicited email like this, and add it to a database without permission, and secondly, if they had obtained my info legitimately, there should just be a one click opt out function to remove the email address from their system, without needing to give them personal details.

I looked on their website to see what information they have about the domain they sent the email to, and it was laughably inaccurate, they didn't get a single thing right.
I wouldn't rely on them for accurate data. I also wouldn't ever do business with spammers.

Very condescending! Cannot answer basic questions. I asked "How do I get on your platform" Could not give me any data on pricing. Hung up on me twice.

They offered us demo sessions and free trial licenses for 3 days to explore the product

WORST Company ever. Trick you into their billing cycle and don't acknowledge service cancellation. DO NOT USE THEM.

Sent me spam, contrary to the law as I have had not contact or relationship with them.
As an Australian citizen, I will be attempting to get the ACA to prosecute them. They don't have a login free unsubscribe which is also illegal in California.

Awful - keep pestering me even though I asked for my information to be deleted from their system. I will be going to the ICO with this.

Total scam! We cancelled our agreement and they continued to charge us. The product doesn't work and they are extremely shady.
