The worst company on the planet to deal with. Their database is useless and their business practices are horrible. We paid almost $6000 for one user for one year, which did not yield a single sale! They auto renew without notification, and if you are late by a day, notifying them 60 days in advance for non-renewal, they pressure and threaten you to renew for another year or they will enforce the terms of the contract. Save your time and money and avoid Zoominfo at any cost.

Would not recommend... will constantly harass you on every platform available after you try to sign up for a free trial. Stay far away.

Worse company on the planet. Total scam. Onboarding is rough and the product doesnt work.

Their business model is a scam, whether intentional or not I don't know. The deal: pay $xx,xxx, in advance, for yyy,yyy number of records. You have 12 months after payment to acquire the records. Every time you ask for records from their database team, they drag their feet for weeks and weeks and weeks. Then at the end of 12 months, when you haven't been able to acquire the number of records you purchased in advance BECAUSE THEY DRAGGED THEIR FEET EVERY TIME YOU ASKED FOR RECORDS, the contract period is up and you are SOL. Unbelievably bad company. Deal with Zoom at your own risk.

DO NOT USE!!!! They will sell you on the fact they only upload contact information that's 90-95% accurate. This is far from the truth. The contacts are garbage; most don't even call the company you're looking for. Their "intent" feature, which the salespeople love to rave about, is junk. They claim they can tell you when people are searching for certain topics. I called hundreds of customers off their intent feature, and it wasted my time. Please save yourself a small fortune and do not use this company.

Multi-year subscriber here. I don't recommend investing in ZoomInfo products unless you can get a deep discount. The contact information is about 60% accurate. If you use Talent or Engage OS -- watch out. It's expensive and the platforms don't work smoothly. I spend a lot of time solving problems and not generating sales using the platforms. Look at ZoomInfo 5-year stock trend. I think it's down about 75%. Not a good outlook. And, they aren't investing in customer support -- that seems to be going way down hill.

STAY AWAY. Zoominfo cares more about locking you into their massive contracts than providing the correct information. The sales person completely misled me on what they would offer and usage. I asked multiple times on how many contacts I would be able to access and the sales person consistently told me that it would be unlimited, come to find out that they cap your contacts per month. I went through multiple introductory webinars with the sales person. All are recorded. Once discovering the information and usage is not what the sales person told me, I requested for them to pull the recorded calls and see how the sales person misled me. They refused. I requested multiple times right after signing up, not even using the platform outside of the trial, to cancel. They refused. They don't care about their customer service or customer satisfaction. They only care about locking you into a massive contract and securing their money.

Do NOT do business with this company. Worst customer service ever. Info outdated and inaccurate. Extremely rude people in charge when you have an issue. Completely unprofessional. Scammy, scam, scam.

WORST TOOLS EVER - they lie in their sales pitch and then lock you into a contract you can't get out of even though all the features they sold you on either don't work or don't exist. Something is always broken

they are using an Australian business name, web address and info stating there is headquarters in the US. they are stating ridiculous revenue numbers, they're stating false employee numbers. dodgy website its all false.

I never gave consent nor I have been notified that my data has been processed. I never agreed to having my information collected, processed or being sold. I'm not sure how they comply with GDPR when they want further information to opt out of their listings like my telephone number. I wouldn't trust anyone with any personal details that has already gathered data and profiled me. I feel that my personal space is violated, should it be professionally orientated or not.

Our experience with ZoomInfo has been nothing short of disastrous. After signing up last year, we quickly discovered that the "intent" data, touted as a key feature, was frequently inaccurate, rendering it almost useless for our outbound team. In fact, the team actively lobbied for us to abandon ZoomInfo's data altogether in favour of more reliable sources.

When we attempted to cancel our subscription, we unfortunately missed their rigid 60-day notice period. Despite clear evidence that their product is not a good fit for our business and that we’ve derived minimal value from it, they have aggressively insisted on enforcing another 12-month contract. Their approach has been highly contractual and confrontational, leaving us feeling trapped and undervalued as a customer.

ZoomInfo's pricing practices also raise significant concerns. While they initially quote exorbitant fees running into tens of thousands per month, heavy negotiation can bring this down to roughly £1,200 per month. However, even at the reduced rate, the questionable quality of the data and the overall value of the service remain serious issues.

Our experience highlights the importance of extreme caution when considering this company. Their practices feel predatory, and their product, in our view, has failed to deliver on its promises. For us, signing up was a costly and regrettable mistake—one we could have avoided by trying other providers first. Based on our experience and the shared sentiments of others in similar positions, we strongly advise potential buyers to explore alternatives before committing to ZoomInfo.

Stay away, useless, we generated zero leads, super expensive, not worth

I should’ve just dug a hole and dumped all the money. I gave them. It would’ve been about as effective. Great closer on the phone. Promising the moon and reality is. i’ve never assigned a contract digitally that had a link that told you you can’t get out of the contract. No matter what.I ended up spamming people who were already on my list, half the information I got from ZoomInfo was either wrong or not reliable, their training videos are as if some valley girl made them with the worst accent and they’ve outsourced all their technical help offshore making it very hard to understand. Much less fix. Highly avoid.

We have a small business in Virginia and pay ZoomInfo about $26K per year to help us identify target clients and engage them. To date, after almost two years, we have yet to generate a single credible lead. ZoomInfo has stepped in and tried as well but the bottom line is that they only have contacts and research in corporate jobs. If you are targeting anything outside the tall office building type of clients, we have not seen any success and the expenditure has become a big liability that limits our other marketing spend. The most frustrating thing has been that ZoomInfo has not been willing to acknowledge the fact that they sold us on a program that would not work for our business or try to help us resolve it in a meaningful way. I would never use them again and you should be careful about a long term contract if you choose to do so.

They sell personal information without consent. To supposedly have it removed, we have to provide our phone number. There's no way I'm giving my phone number to a company that is so undeserving of anyone's trust.

Information not accurate. Refused to remove company profile when requested. Cumbersome to remove inaccurate info or remove staff who no longer work for us.

ZoomInfo is not helping me with my business at all. It's a waste of money and time.

Aggressive sales tactics that pressure small businesses into signing up for a product that falls short of its inflated promises.

BUYER BEWARE: They will lock you into a contract regardless of whether the software meets their claims. Promises of ROI and accurate data are misleading and often unfulfilled.

Whatever you do, do not, I repeat do not give them your phone number. You will be blasted over and over again with calls. They don’t care that you don’t want to talk to them. They will persist like an infection.
