Very pushy sales strategy which is the ultimate reason we decided to pursue other avenues.

I am being cold called numerous times a day from FX companies who are telling me that they are obtaining my number from zoominfo - i have never given consent for my number to be shared. What a disgrace.
It is my personal mobile number

Good data, good customer support

This company is crooked to the core. They try to play games with you. They tell you when they want you to sign a contract. They're easy to get their lawyer to phone you. This is a scumbag company full of scumbags. Everybody needs to be aware of this company.

Unfair and Abusive Behavior from ZoomInfo After Company Closure!
They refuses to cancel our contract even after I submitted legal documents showing our company has been dissolved. I've reached out multiple times with no proper response — I feel they are deliberately stalling and acting in bad faith.
This is abusive and unfair. I am left without support, being forced to pay for a service that no longer makes sense for a closed business.
Also, the platform itself was disappointing, with many outdated or incorrect contacts. I respectfully request immediate contract cancellation with no further charges.

Shocking company. Not going to go into the ins and outs but if you bring it up to them their trust pilot score they will take you to another website which is shining with reviews. It must be fake! We aren’t 1 month in and seeking legal advice to get out

We thought the information in ZoomInfo was often outdated. We therefore did not use the service. Actually, we forgot about it to be honest. When I got the renewal invoice, I cancelled the service, but apparently, we were five days past the notification date. Do you think they would just let it go? No way.
You know a company has a piss poor product when the only way they can keep you as a customer is to lock you into a contract.

We used ZoomInfo for all of 2024 and paid $2500 per month. $30K total for the year.
We did not book one qualified lead.
Their support team was minimal at best.
Every time we did talk to them, they would look at our campaigns and tell us we were doing everything exactly like we should be. I also asked for some of their clients that have had positive results to visit with, and it took them months to finally give us a reference we could talk to.
I would be cautious moving forward with ZoomInfo based on our experience. Extremely disappointed in our experience, and it was a huge waste of money.
The platform is very confusing to use, the data appears to be old, and customer service is minimal.
They were great during the sales process of them signing us up, but once we signed up and went through their onboarding, we were pretty much on our own. When I did talk to upper management, they were very arrogant and not helpful at all.

Their website lies to you. It states to fill out information to get pricing. After filling it out, you have to wait for someone to call you. Then someone calls you and they can’t provide you pricing, but instead you have to setup another meeting with someone to start the sales process and hopefully get a quote at some point.

I was a promoter of this product...until the end of the contract term. The contract was signed on Feb 29 2024...and the term was specified as 13 months. I interpreted this as ending on March 31 but they shut down access on March 29. I didn't have time to save my templates or reports. I asked on March 30 for access til March 31 to retrieve our company's work and they said "I have spoken with my leadership and engage support team on this and unfortunately we are not able to reprovision your old platform access, given the contract has expired." I don't agree w/their interpretation' and maybe I'm wrong but is it really worth a one star review to deny a former customer 2 days access to retrieve their data? What a short sighted company

Worst company that I have worked with in more than 40 years in business. The quality of their information is poor at best. i have had to have a staff member go through their data and then verify every piece of information. Worse, once you sign a contract they are unwilling to work with you when there are any seasonal blips.

Took on the Zoominfo platform to support with business development, and driving sales in the UK market.

All in all it has been terrible, and I would say to anyone in the UK to avoid using this platform at all costs.

The Sales team did a great job of saying how great it is, and demonstrating what information it comes up with but once they have your money they fob you off, and will not offer any type of refund or support.

A lot of the data is out of date or incorrect, and it is not a platform that should be used for any market in the UK.

I can not stress enough how poor they are as a business, and the only disappointment about leaving this review is I have to give 1 star! It would be a 0/5

ZoomInfo.commented incorrect data on my company as they promised me that I’d receive cell phone numbers but what I got were bad numbers and many missing cellphone numbers and you had to pay a premium for that! I immediately called them after purchasing and they still would not give me my money back as I never used the service as they could see. Very poorly ran firm and beware! Trying to contact duns and Bradstreet because they even reported us when they know they scammed me.

Be aware ... Scams !

This company is the worst. We paid a setup fee of $16000 for a year and a first payment total of $4,000. We completed two training sessions and set everything up, spending countless hours on research and sending 200 emails. Unfortunately, we did not receive a single response. No one has replied to any of our emails. When we stopped making payments, they refused to cancel our contract and are now threatening us legally. Do not waste your time with them.

Zoominfo was a big zero for my company. In the course of a year we only got one response from a thousand + emails sent. We did multiple training and had numerous discussions with our sales rep to try to find some value. For us there was none.
As an added insult when I confirmed we were not renewing I was told we needed to provide notification 60 days before the renewal date. This had never been communicated in the multiple discussions about how poor of result we have experienced.

At one time this was the premier product in this space. For us it was a huge waste of time and money.

Goose that shit a golden egg. If you are large enough, with the staff and money it may work. But for small companies, you maybe screwing yourself.

I requested simple information from their website and have been continually hounded by calls and emails. I still haven't received what I requested, AND I'm receiving what I specifically told them not to do.

what a garbage website. i hope they dont charge for fake info. they have me marked as a logistics manager when i am a purchasing clerk. and all other contacts have either left company or retired more than 10 years ago. i get flooded with calls that have nothing to do with my job. its a pathetic as import guru. they steal information to make a profit and they cant get the info right lol

It doesn't work correctly, I tried it to find leads but lead base is poor and service has many functional issues.
