Klasse!

Wir hatten ein sehr gepflegtes Boot, wo anders als in anderen Urlauben alles funktioniert hat. Auch das Team vor Ort war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

They are a scam.
They took my chartering fee and never paid the chartering company. I have to pay the chartering compay again just to keep the boat. And Zizoo does not want to pay me back because of financial difficulty and they deleted my account.
I have not received any reimbursement today (11/11/2023)

Sales team were great to deal with.

We had a great holiday and will be doing it again (I’m not so sure if it will be with Zizoo though). The reason for this is because the boat we chartered, blew a hole in the crankcase on the last day due to no no fault of ours.

The company refused to give the deposit back for a while, it look a few months before I was able to get it back. This was a long battle and was very time consuming.

After sales were quite frankly useless which was a shame. They offered no help and were not intrested in helping, this left a bitter taste in our mouths.

This left us feeling like zizoo were only intrested in making the sale and not offering any after sales support. I believe we were dealing with Dominic who said “it’s not our problem”

Ad Agosto ho prenotato un gommone dal porto di Stintino… eravamo in 8 la mia Famiglia con la Famiglia di un caro Amico. Innanzitutto ci tengo a fare i complimenti allo staf che mi ha seguito nella prenotazione sono stati molto gentili e chiari, davvero professionali. Anche per il ritiro del gommone sono stati Puntuali e gentili, è stata La Mia prima volta che noleggiavo un gommone… esperienza meravigliosa indimenticabile

Gutes Boot, hat unseren Ansprüchen vollständig genügt! Fachgerechte gute Erklärungen vorab. Bei der Übergabe gab es zwar bezüglich des Orts ein kleines Missverständnis, das jedoch nach einem Telefonat rasch beseitigt werden konnte.

Adriana was fantastic. She helped with our original booking and got us a great Catamaran for our vacation. She even followed up after our trip to make sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend Adriana with Zizoo when booking your next vacation.

Die Abwicklung über die Agentur und das Handling vor Ort waren unkompliziert. Informationen kamen rechtzeitig und umfassend.

ZIZOO did not pay to charter company at all while they received full payment of booking from us.
