Zippermobilityscooters

Excellent all round. It was so easy to order from them. Quick delivery and was well packaged. Will definitely use them again. So pleased.

The on line order was simple and delivery quick scheduled 4/5 days was on time. Delivery driver was polite cheerful and although not fully technical demonstrated the essential features. I am delighted with my purchase. One observation , The handbook does not have a lot in it for my X13 ( Maybe my X13 is an early model) ie : twist throttle not button and different display However after a little investigation I am now conversant with thes variations Great value for money

Buying was easy and delivery was very fast scooter is all I expected thanks zipper

Ordered and delivered great but still waiting on my warranty documents to be sent.

The online system was easy to follow ,I was very happy with the safeguards on monies transactions. Then the very quick delivery without a hitch was as promised. The wheelchair is all That was advertised and has worked well and I hope to enjoy it for a longtime.

The product is very good. The instruction booklet needs a rewrite for the chair.
I’m concerned that the chair cannot be immobilised when left unattended outside a shop for example 2

Apart from some miscommunication at the beginning I feel the rest of the process was excellent even to the delivery the driver was so helpful and went through the operation of the scooter. Must say very impressed with this company and would definitely recommend them. R Lupton

after ordering did not need to contact the company as the process was what zipper said would happen no stress or worry congratulations most on line firms need several calls but you made the ordering easy. thank you and the scooter it is great just what i needed Mr Gardner

Easy ordering quick delivery really nice driver who delivered scooter
Great product 👌

Thank you just what I wanted haven't used it yet but have put it together easy

Good product ,good price, good company

Good delivery on time but not used yet

The service was great however the electric wheelchair i got from them is no good for someone with severe disabilities the foot rest impedes my ability to sit in the chair safely so i am currently trying to get in touch so they can collect this chair and refund me the cost of the wheelchair thats totally unsafe for me and my disability needs !

I am very pleased with my purchase and could not ask for more
Good company, item arrived quickly, very reliable service

Your after sales technical help was really useful, since some of the features on my model were different from the, details on the owners manual. The person at your end was very patient and gave very pertinent information and answers to my questions

Great price and fast delivery. Perfect for my disabled husband's needs thankyou
Easy to control as he has parkinsons and spinal problems.

Good deal and very prompt delivery, pleased overall with scooter and the benefits it can bring me with mobility

Delivery of the mobility scooter was exactly as promised. The product was extremely well packed. Assembly was easy and the scooter is of high quality. I did not expect the quality to be as good at the price so, while I actually need two; one for my wife, I tested the water as it were, with one purchase. I've since ordered a spare battery and await an email from customer support advising me when they expect the zipper 7 to be back in stock. I'll order the second one immediately.

The scooter was much better quality than I expected, very good value for money, although also heavier than I thought but I can still get it in and out of my van, just, the service was good I received it very quickly thank you

Fast delivery, clear instructions and easy to assemble, would recommend to all
