Zippermobilityscooters

Saw the scooter i wanted online and ordered it.. delivery was speedy and the people on the end of the phone were very pleasant and helpful when i had a query..
I wouldn't hesitate to deal with them in the future.. what more can you ask. a seamless transaction

It arrived as promised. Looks ideal but I'm not physically fit to use it very much. I need to figure out how to get on to it as the footplate doesn't fold away far enough. Only tried it once so far. It will be great once I feel comfortable using it. Discovered I could lift the arms and get on from the side once I got off it!

Absolutely brilliant. Order to delivery took 3 days . It rides great . And I'm a motorcyclist so that is a big comment . Smartest scooter in my Village . A massive Thumbs up to you all at Zipper mobility 👍

Sooo pleased with my Zipper X7 !
Arrived within two days of ordering. Easy assembly. Exactly as shown on the website. Easy to drive - a smart little scooter 😊

Fantastic service very nice company to deal with and turbo fast delivery many thanks

Grate staff very good value good delivered very pleased thanks

I'm very pleased so far with my new mobility scooter (X13). The scooter was reasonably priced & ordering was relatively easy, although I did find the site a little slow, whether that's Zipper or my end I don't know. I also couldn't order a rain canopy but will do that at a later date. Delivery was as promised. The young man who delivered was very cheerful & pleasant but he did seem a bit rushed. In view of these small negatives it's not quite 5 star worthy.

I am still waiting for the book for the scooter

Amazing quick delivery, easy to assemble and use. Fits in the car boot a treat. Excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Kept me informed about delivery date and time.Delivered on date and early...well please

From start to finish super impressed delivery was 2days after order can’t ask for better went out on it for the first time today and I love it

Excellent and fast delivery.
Worth every penny, fitts together with ease and drives perfectly.

Easy to order and quick delivery

The service from zipper mobility scooters was excellent, I purchased what I wanted on-line, delivery was in a couple of days. Very happy with this company and would recommend.

The scooter came earlier than expected, no hassle very easy to buy! Thank you

The staff were more than happy to answer all my questions over the phone. The delivery time was astonishingly quick, considering I live in Northern Ireland it was with me within days of my order. The scooter itself is awesome, it performs perfectly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

Got the scooter at a bargain price and delivered very quickly. It’s a bit heavy and doesn’t cope with inclines very well but on the level it’s great. Not a scooter if you have a severe disability.

When the scooter failed to work I contacted Zippermobilityscooters and sent a video of the fault. They instantly knew what was causing the problem and sent a replacement part. My husband found replacement of the part a little bit of a fiddle but got there in the end saving me the cost of returning the scooter for them to replace it. The scooter is now up and running again. They assured me by fitting the scooter part myself it wouldn’t affect the warranty

my mobility scooter is great can get about now and from ordering to delivery was very good. Zipper are a very efficient company thank you to the team happy customer.
