Fantastic company
Fantastic company. Very good customer service, I had a last minute change and had to collect my order from their depot. They accommodated my request and were very helpful. Used on a couple of occasions and the driver is always friendly and arrives within the time scheduled. Thank you!!

The only improvement to the folded…
The only improvement to the folded shirts would be as some competitors do putting something around the shirt neck to preserve the shape of the next. Other than that the service was very good and I also apprecciated a lot the feedback about the fact that in one shirt a button was missing.

Lost clothes
Made an order once, they lost my clothes, delivered them with 3 days delay and only gave a small discount as a compensation.
Thank you ZipJet for your reply, but for complete transparency I received an email saying the driver could not reach me on delivery day while I was patiently waiting at home and did not receive any call. I contacted ZipJet and another delivery slot was booked where the driver did not show up again. Then I contacted ZipJet again who told me the clothes were lost for the moment « we are still trying to track the items », they would tell me more when they would have find them. Finally I received the clothes 3 days later.
I received a discount of 20£ on an order of 46£ + VAT, not 29£...

I am sorry to hear of your experience. I have had a look into this, and can see that we did not lose your items, but they were not sent to our hub on time ready for the driver to collect, which did cause a delay. We are so sorry for this.I am also extremely disappointed to hear this was not communicated effectively, and apologise for that.
I can also see that we did discount the order by £29.99 including the service fee.
We appreciate the three stars, and hope that we can try to impress you next time!

The driver couldn't find my house
The driver couldn't find my house so nobody came to pick up my laudry.
Also the customer service said they were going to reschedule the pick up but I haven't heard back from them.
I was highly disappointed.

I am sorry to hear of your experience.
I have had a look into this and can see from the notes on the order that some road closures were making this difficult for our driver to get to you. We contacted you and asked when an alternative suitable to to reschedule would be, but unfortunately received no response.
Our system then cancelled the collection by the end of the day as it had not been rescheduled.
You are more than welcome to go ahead and place a new order if you so choose, and we will ensure we get to you this time!

Was not picked up and instead…
Was not picked up and instead rescheduled at least twice. Was then delivered late and it all delivered at once. We also received the wrong persons laundry. Just about everything that could go wrong did. The laundry was however, clean and folded nicely when it was returned

Logistics wise just great BUT...
Logistics wise just Great, ‘ all noted with thanks’. customer service lady was really helpful. the note has taken into account, the driver arrived earlier as we asked.
however, the quality itself....poor;(
as a result:
2 shirts burnt!!! extremely overironed. burnished collars and some other bits.
2 shirt lost the authentic colour. not as intense and vibrant colour as it used to be, this is literally 2nd laundry, the shirts are brand new. used to have a black stripes shirt which now turned it to dark grey stripes shirt.
as well as, might be usefull to add some starch otherwise, it does not look like something that just came out from the laundry
