Gompels Arvostelua

Gompels was the third place we tried to get a painful, blocked ear checked: instead of a four hour queue or no capacity at all, we were seen by the pharmacist in under half an hour. The examination room was well equipped, the pharmacist highly professional and kind (as were all the staff) and the remedy supplied immediately. We left very grateful.

I just have to share, the main pharmacy consultant in the Melksham branch is one of the kindest, efficient people I have ever met with my treatments and prescriptions.

Ordered water softener, quickly delivered, minor issue quickly resolved

The young woman who dealt with my query
Was friendly helpful and very efficient.
She resolved my problem to my complete satisfaction.
I will definitely use this company in the future.

Fast, efficient service & excellent value for money

Really great products and super fast delivery.

We have medically complex child and Gomples have been our go to store for all the extras that the NHS fail to provide.
They supported our family all through Covid. Delivery is usually next day. Any issues sorted out immediately.
Items are always in stock. There is no point in shopping around as they always have the best price point.

Fast and efficient service. Delivery was on time and all the goods ordered were delivered in the one delivery. Great service

Great selection of care and non care products and speedy delivery times. Highly recommend for care and non care providers.

After getting no help from my Drs Surgery I decided to make an appointment to see a Pharmacist at Gompels in Melksham.
How lucky was I to get Marilyn Stapleton the Pharmacist, who confirmed that I was right that my symptoms were getting worse. What an excellent service I received and I’m very grateful that I made that phone call, I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again.

2nd order of water softener salt, delivered next day, superb service, great price

Excellent customer service used Gompels for the first time this week and unfortunately the carrier managed to damage some parcels, I contacted customer service and very quickly they resolved the issue. Very helpful customer service and I’ll be using the company again. The website was easy to use and navigate and the ordering system worked very well.

We have been using Gompels for a number of years, and we are always amazed at their fast and efficient service and, of course, their very competitive prices.

Great website with extensive range of various products at extremely competitive prices. Easy to navigate and use, selection and checkout was straightforward and various methods of payment.
Delivery is free on orders over £50 (exc. vat) orders under this attract very reasonable charge for delivery.
Delivery was fast, efficient and professional, had slight issue with shortage of item which was pointed out by the driver, contacted customer services by email expecting 2 day response which is what usually happens but NO, I was answered within an hour and after apology they arranged shortage for next day delivery.
Well what can I say other than a great big thank you for such great service from start to finish, like a breathe of fresh air in today’s shopping experiences.
Would highly recommend anyone to look through the site as I’m sure if you do you will be buying something.

Been using for about 6 months, quality items and very reasonable prices. Excellent customer service, had a missing box from a delivery. Contacted Gompels via email, responded within 20 minutes and the missing box was delivered same day within the hour of contacting them, very impressed.

Great sellers, don't know if we could afford what we need without this site

Good prices and selection. Extremely easy to order and very prompt delivery

Clinisan Emollient Skin Cleansing Foam 200ml G2p100

Been using Gompels for a few years now, at first dealing with stock and deliveries at work, now I'm supplying my own home with their items. Massive variety of high quality products, reasonably priced with speedy processing of the orders and delivery - what more can one ask for? Will be sticking around and recommending! 😊
