Weight Adjustments During Workouts: You're absolutely right, currently, weight selection can only be edited in the Workout Preview. We're exploring ways to make this more flexible during the workout itself, especially for users who adjust mid-session.

Calorie Burn Edit: Allowing users to manually adjust kcal burned is a great suggestion, and we agree this would improve accuracy and personal control. We’ve shared this with our product team for future iterations.

Audio Coaching at the Gym: This is an often-requested feature, and we hear you! Adding audio guidance for gym workouts — not just home sessions — is on our roadmap, and we know it would elevate the hands-free experience.

Apple Watch + Real-Time Heart Rate: You’re correct — BPM displays in real time during home workouts with Apple Watch connected, but not yet in the gym mode. This is something we’re actively looking to unify across workout types to create a consistent experience.

Set Structure Variety at Home: A mix of rep-based and time-based sets at home is another fantastic idea. Right now, time-based is the default, but your feedback supports a more customizable approach that we’re keen to implement.

Regarding the shoulder-specific recommendations and session duration settings not being respected — this is not how the app is intended to function. Your input helps us identify where improvements are needed, and we’ll be reviewing this behavior with our product and AI logic teams.

In terms of the AI Body Scan, we understand your hesitation, and we want to emphasize that user privacy and consent are critical to us. Although the scan requires personal images, we never ask for semi-nude ones. The requirements for the clothing on the Body Scan photos are:
• For men: torso uncovered
• For women: belly and shoulders visible, with tight-fitting clothing on the legs.
We would also like to clarify that the photos are stored only on the client's side.

Regarding the AI Body Scan add-on charge: we understand your concerns and want to be fully transparent — this feature is a one-time optional purchase, and as stated in our official refund policy, it is non-refundable, regardless of usage status.
