My dishwasher has just been successfully repaired by Bosch thanks to my Zest plan.

Janis attended today to replace the belt on our tumble dryer - while there he also fixed a fault with the door we had previously been told was unfixable! He went above and beyond and it’s really appreciated 👍

I had a problem with my hoover and it was straightforward to get it replaced

I have been with Zest quite a few years now and I trust them.
This latest problem was with my washing machine tripping the electric.
It was reported on Friday afternoon, but it wasnt handed over as a job. We then had to re report it again on the Monday.
We got a visit from Yanis on the Thursday exactly as notified and he fixed it quickly. He was really nice and helpful and did the job well.
Some miscommunication initially but got the job done well.

I like how we get new for old , it doesn't take long 4 someone 2 come out & look at Ur item's & if they can fix it then that's great as I like all my old stuff as I'm used 2 working them but if they can't fix it then they give u a brand new 1 so thank u xx
