Good website layout, fast delivery, unique products. Previously bought the Essential Wireless Charging Adaptor, convinced me to buy from them again!

Great customer service and uncomplicated warranty claim process.

There is a lot of glue residue around the coils, which I don't think looks very nice. I saw it too late, after I already unboxed everything. Other than that, delivery very fast. Product works amazing.

Happy to replace my charging cord, white sound machine and alarm clock with one item that allows my phone to cover it all. Nice solid and heavy stand. Exactly as promised.

Ordered the Zens magnetic bedside charger based on a review in the NY Times, Wirecutter consumer reviews. It arrived in USA from the Netherlands in less than a week. Very sturdy with enough weight to stay put. Nice styling, too. The only issue, if it is one, is the stand is too short to hold the phone at a taller upright position, unless placed on top of something else. A satisfying purchase

The very spendy Liberty charger I received has a manufacturing defect. The USB A port that is included on the the charger, to support use of Zen's equally spendy Apple Watch charger module, has some kind of defect that makes it impossible to insert their charger module into the USB A port. Should have been caught during assembly of the device. Have not yet heard from Zens for five days now as to what to do about it. Not good. They are certainly very good about promoting the sale of their products, but not so good about following up with customer support. Perhaps more focused right now on trying to keep sales going to offset the effects of Trump's tariffs, than helping customers with their Zen's product defects.

I purchased my first 4-in-1 MagSafe + Watch Wireless Charging Station in March 2024. Since then, I have had three warranty claims for this product and now need to make a fourth warranty claim. It has always been the same problem - the USB-C 18W port to charge a 4th device fails and does not charge the 4th device (an iPad for me). Each time, I tried multiple cables that worked with other chargers, but those cables did not work with the Zens 4-in-1 USB-C 18W port. There must be a design defect that Zens needs to correct. At the current rate, I will go through 15 or 16 warranty claims in three years.

The idea behind the product is great, and the design is a great design. No other product meets my needs like this Zens product. However, the product continues to fail.

Although Zens customer service has been great and honored its warranty without any resistance, I would much prefer not having to deal with a defective product. If it weren’t for Zens customer service, I would give this product only 2 stars.

E' una società seria in tutto. Mi hanno gestito un problema su un prodotto senza fare nessuna discussione dopo un anno e qualche mese dall'acquisto applicando la garanzia. Mi hanno sostituito subito il prodotto con uno nuovo.

The charger is white but has some yellowish areas on the edges. I don’t know if it’s due to friction in the case but this makes it doesn’t look new. Appart from that it does the job and seems to be of good quality.
This may explain why the second gen is black…

Chargeur sans fil au top de mes attentes ! Je l'ai acheté car je cherchais un bon chargeur sans fil (fatalement) et ce, grâce au coupon offert par mon entreprise. Je l'ai installé sur mon bureau et je mets en charge mon Samsung Z Flip 6 des que je rentre à la maison, ainsi il est toujours rechargé. La seule chose qui me chagrine est que je ne puisse pas garder mon bureau verticalement comme les iPhone, mais ça ne fait absolument rien ! Je suis plus que satisfaite de mon achat ! 🤩😍🥰

The chosen delivery company DPD delivered the goods to a wrong address. This is clearly traceable in the delivery proof. Zens company started investigation with the delivery company. The good customer support means providing the replacement or reimbursement to the client first without waiting for the end of their investigation.

After my feedback here, the company’s client support team reacted quickly by dispatching the replacement. It arrived in almost no time and was correctly delivered by DPD though something is wrong with this delivery company - no pre-announcement, no door bell ring, no request for signature. It was just left at the door.
I am satisfied with the charger and the expensive box.

The product is good but it was used and dirty, as it had been returned and not cleaned.

This mobile battery is one of the few products that can wirelessly charge itself, and I thought it was fantastic that it can also supply power wirelessly while being charged. I'm using this to power my smartphone by placing a smartphone holder away from my car's wireless charger.
There are two issues: the magnetic force of Magsafe is weak, so 1) it easily detaches from the iPhone, and 2) the charging speed is slow. Despite these drawbacks, I'm generally satisfied with it.
