We have a MageSafe 4-1 charger
We have a MageSafe 4-1 charger, and it just broke after two years. Amac, where we bought it, wouldn’t do anything to help us. We contacted Zens directly, and they sent us a new one right away. What a great team they have there!! Very customer-friendly, perfect service! You can’t say the same about Amac.

Excellent customer service! We own 7 Zens 4 in 1 charging stations and couldn’t be more pleased. They work well and look amazing at the same time. When my kids misplaced one of the short charging cables that came with the unit, they were so kind to send me a replacement free of charge. Great product AND great customer service. Hard to come by these days.

Excellent customer service
I bought a wireless power bank that failed after two months. I contacted the customer service, and after a quick verification of the product, they sent me a replacement immediately. I'm very pleased with the experience and for sure will recommend this brand.

Unfortunately, my unit had broken down.
After I sent photos of the defect, they handled it very well. Unfortunately, my unit was no longer available, but after consultation, I received an excellent replacement unit.

Wireless charging pad
I bought the wireless charging pad so I could just lay my phone on it in any orientation to charge. It worked perfectly for a few weeks, then stopped functioning. I contacted their customer service, asked for a refund/replacement, and after sending them a video for evidence of the fault, they're sending me a new one. Seems like a good company, hopefully the busted charger was just a fluke, but they're friendly and helpful, so that's a plus.
