At first I was skeptical about the product showing different connectors on different images, but after receiving my Zens Qi2 nightstand charger, I can confirm it comes with a USB-C port and that the quality is excellent. I didn't know about the deal for ordering two before, if I did, I would have done so.

They have high-quality, well-thought-out wireless charging tools. I have 1 bedside charger, 3 MagSafe plugs, and 1 25W wireless battery pack from them, so you could say I'm a satisfied customer. Their shipment and purchase process is also rather practical, with good tracking.

With my phone being older, I inquired the team if the charger would fit with my phone and case. The customer service team was attentive, accurate, and provided their best insight. Although they wouldn’t offer free shipping, I saw it as an investment in my current phone or future phone with the wireless charging capability. The product worked as we all thought it would, fits perfectly, works amazing, and shipping was decently fast. Highly recommend Zens as their product is on the cutting edge and leading the way with the semi-solid state technology and Qi2 25w charging!

I bought the ZENS 3-in-1 wireless charger. It's the perfect bedside charger. My phone, apple watch and airpods charge simultaneously with a USB slot to spare. Sleek design and easy to pack for traveling. love it!

After 6 month of operation the power supply of the charger began to sound abnormal. A replace free of charge was done in short time, very good service

I like the 4 in 1 device, saves space and magnetic charging.

Ordered a Liberty Wireless Charger and am very happy with the product. I'm able to charge my own iPhone and a second Android phone at the same time (or another product that can charge wirelessly)

Unfortunately, my charging cable broke down after a few days of use. Now, this was probably my own fault, as it seemed to be bent from physical pressure.

Regardless, their Customer support quickly sent me a complete replacement for the entire device, which I am now enjoying again. Great service, would definitely order from this place again if I needed another piece of charging equipment!

Still have not received my items. They are stuck with a FedEx Shipment exception since July 1st. I am writing this review on July 10th. Not sure if this is a Zens problem or FedEx problem, but it does not seem like anyone is trying to fix it.

I purchased a 4 in 1 charging station from the Apple Store .18 months later the phone attachment had weakened and a small crack had appeared so it dropped forward . If it had been a cheap product I would have thrown it away but as it wasn't I didn't ! The customer service was incredible they sent me through a brand new charger no quibbles at all . It's not often you find a company that cares enough about their customers but the customer service from Zens proves they do . I would recommend this company very highly should you be looking for a high end purchase as not only are the products great the aftercare is second to none .
