Placed an order 13th July. Its not been delivered as yet still waiting. The tracking has been changed 4 times and according to the company oh this happens. Well I think they need to read the reviews and start operating more appropriately with customers concerns as I've asked for a refund and they have not responded yet that was 4 days ago.Still on going will post when it finally arrives yeah whenever that will be reading other reviews. It's a scam!!!!!

Really needs to be more done about these companies pretending to be from the UK. It’s an absolute scam. I would never have ordered knowing it’s from China. Sent a GLASS light shade with ABSOLUTELY NO packaging! You can guess the state of what finally turned up at my door 3 weeks later. Now I have the option of a 10% refund or nothing!!

We are not presenting ourselves as a UK-based company; we are simply active in the UK market. It is clearly stated at the bottom of our website that our company is not based in the UK. Our products are indeed shipped directly from our warehouse in China.
Of course, a glass lampshade should not be shipped without adequate protective packaging. We take your feedback seriously and will use it to improve the packaging in the future.
You also mentioned that the product did not arrive in acceptable condition. In such cases, we always offer a partial or full refund, depending on the severity of the damage.

Damaged item - no response from company
UPDATE
The company has now satisfactorily resolved this issue and issued a full refund. Thank you
I ordered an air cooler on 28th June 2026. It was finally delivered on 23rd July 2026.
Immediately on opening the parcel I could hear something loose in the box. This turned out to be loose screws that had come out of the unit. In addition, there was a hole in the water tray – the piece of plastic with a screw in it was found at the bottom of the box. Clearly with a hole in the water tray the product is defective and unusable.
The next day, 24th July 2026, I emailed Zenido. I explained that the item was damaged. I sent photos of the damage as proof.
I requested a refund and a returns label. Returns should be free as the product is defective.
I have had no response.
I have tried several times telephoning, but the phone number that is given on the website does not work. 3 beeps and then cuts off.
I am extremely disappointed with your company and feel I have been scammed .
Without any further delay, please arrange a refund and send me a returns label, so I can return the item free of charge as per your returns policy for defective products.

Ordered a fire extinguisher drinks holder, arrived damaged and also nothing like advertised, refused to refund me unless I sent back to china at my expense, this is illegal as they must follow the consumer rights act when supplying a UK customer. They have now stopped responding to me so I will be contacting PayPal to take action on them. Avoid at all costs

Zeer slecht bedrijf
Zeer slecht bedrijf. Ik bestelde een mobiele airco( ontvang totaal iets anders dan de plaatje) maar kreeg een plastic, speelgoedachtig nepapparaat geleverd.
Ik wilde mijn bestelling direct annuleren, maar dat was volgens hen niet mogelijk omdat het pakket al onderweg zou zijn. Uiteindelijk werd het pas een maand later bezorgd.
Na ontvangst wilde ik het product meteen retourneren. In plaats van mijn retour te accepteren, probeerden ze me een week lang over te halen met verschillende voorstellen. Toen ik aangaf dat ik het gewoon wilde retourneren, kreeg ik te horen dat ik het op eigen kosten naar China moest terugsturen.
Ik heb uiteindelijk € 93 aan verzendkosten moeten betalen. Dat is belachelijk! Je krijgt geen retourlabel of enige hulp bij het retourneren.
Koop hier absoluut niet! Naar mijn ervaring is dit bedrijf zeer onbetrouwbaar. OPLlCHTERS!!!!!

Het is inderdaad vervelend dat je nog geen reactie hebt ontvangen op je eerdere berichten. Onze excuses hiervoor. We zijn direct voor je nagegaan wat de status hiervan is. Op onze website staat vermeld dat wij uitsluitend per e-mail bereikbaar zijn en daarom geen telefonische klantenservice aanbieden.
Daarnaast willen we graag toelichten dat de levertijden voorafgaand aan het plaatsen van een bestelling duidelijk op onze website worden vermeld. Bestellingen worden binnen 1 tot 3 werkdagen verwerkt. Daarna bedraagt de gemiddelde levertijd 7 tot 12 werkdagen. We begrijpen echter dat wachten vervelend kan zijn. Verkoop is dropshipping
We hebben een lamp besteld. De lamp op de afbeelding ziet er leuk uit. De schijven lijken 3D, maar bij levering is het gewoon een platte plaat. Daarbij is het Chinese rommel.
Waarschuwing voor iedereen, dit is gewoon dropshipping. Voor een paar euro in China bestellen en vanuit China laten verzenden en zelf er veel geld voor vragen. Als consument moet je ook nog invoerrechten betalen voordat PostNL het komt bezorgen.

Ordered an air cooler on 27 June 2026. Had to chase as tracking was rubbish and finally showed ‘order not found’ . They responded fairly quickly and the dates showed it hadn’t even been dispatched. It finally arrived on 23 July in a disgusting state. Big crack in the water tank drawer and the front vents mangled and twisted as well as the outside cabinet scratched on 2 sides. I reported this issue via PayPal within 30 minutes of it arriving requesting a full refund. Would NEVER buy from Zenido again as they seem to hide behind a uk advert.

Wat vervelend om te horen dat je niet tevreden bent over de kwaliteit van je bestelling. Dat is uiteraard niet de ervaring die we onze klanten willen bieden. We werken uitsluitend met zorgvuldig geselecteerde leveranciers, maar nemen jouw feedback zeer serieus en zoeken graag voor je uit wat er is misgegaan.
Ook vinden we het erg vervelend dat je geen reactie hebt ontvangen op je eerdere e-mail. Onze excuses hiervoor. Zou je ons opnieuw een e-mail willen sturen via info@zenido.nl, onder vermelding van je ordernummer? Dan bekijken we de situatie zo snel mogelijk en zoeken we samen naar een passende oplossing.

prodotto assolutamente non conforme…
prodotto assolutamente non conforme alla descrizione, proveniente dalla Cina, maleodorante e senza marchio CE.
L'azienda non accetta reso a loro carico quindi bisogna rimandare i prodotti in Cina a proprie spese. Soldi letteralmente buttati.
