grazie per aver condiviso la tua esperienza. Ci dispiace sapere che il servizio ricevuto non abbia soddisfatto le tue aspettative e comprendiamo la frustrazione causata dai tempi di consegna e dalla poca chiarezza sul tracciamento del pacco.

Vorremmo chiarire che, dopo aver effettuato un ordine, sono generalmente necessari 1-3 giorni lavorativi per l'elaborazione, seguiti da circa 7-12 giorni lavorativi per la consegna. In alcuni casi, quindi, la consegna può richiedere fino a circa 15 giorni lavorativi. Purtroppo possono verificarsi anche ritardi durante il trasporto che non dipendono direttamente da noi. Se questo è accaduto con il tuo ordine, ce ne scusiamo sinceramente.

Per quanto riguarda l'indirizzo di consegna indicato nel tracking, vorremmo verificare personalmente cosa sia successo. Possiamo assicurarti che non forniamo intenzionalmente informazioni errate e ci dispiace se quanto visualizzato ha creato confusione o preoccupazione.

Wat betreft retourneren: je hebt bij ons altijd de mogelijkheid om binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst je bestelling te retourneren. Wij bieden echter geen gratis retourlabel aan. Dit staat vermeld in ons retourbeleid.

We snappen je frustratie volledig en we hebben je dan ook nogmaals in mail gestuurd via info@zenido.nl, zodat we hopelijk toch nog tot een goede oplossing kunnen komen.

Het klopt dat onze producten rechtstreeks vanuit onze leveranciers worden verzonden. We werken uitsluitend met zorgvuldig geselecteerde leveranciers en ontvangen over het algemeen veel positieve feedback over de kwaliteit van onze producten.

We vinden het erg vervelend dat je onze service als onvoldoende hebt ervaren. Om je hierin tegemoet te komen en het ongemak te compenseren, hebben we besloten om het volledige aankoopbedrag aan je terug te betalen.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience. It is certainly not normal that you did not receive any tracking updates or a response to your emails, as our customer service team normally aims to respond within 24 hours.

You should also receive automatic tracking notifications when your order is dispatched, in transit, and delivered. It is possible that some of these emails may have ended up in your spam folder, but we would still like to investigate what happened in your case.

Regarding the defective product, we would also like to clarify that customers are always entitled to a full refund when a product is confirmed to be defective. Although our official return warehouse is located in China, defective products do not need to be returned to us in order to receive a full refund.

We have requested your order details through Trustpilot so that we can locate your order, review the communication history, and determine exactly what went wrong. If the issue has not yet been resolved, we would be more than happy to make sure it is handled properly.

Dear Veronika,

We’re sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with your order. We have received relatively few complaints about the Mobile Air Cooler, and unfortunately, we were not made aware of your concerns before this review was posted.

For this reason, we’re particularly sorry to see the product described as a “scam.” The item delivered is the same Mobile Air Cooler as advertised on our website. It is designed as a compact air cooler, although it should not be unusually or unexpectedly small.

We would also like to clarify that Zenido is a registered Dutch company. However, our products are indeed shipped directly from our warehouse in China. This, together with our estimated delivery times, is clearly stated on our website so customers can review this information before placing an order.

We would be happy to look into your concerns more closely. Could you please send us a few photos of the product you received? This will allow us to verify the item and assess whether there may be an issue with your order.

Regarding the delivery time, your order unfortunately experienced a slight delay due to the exceptionally high demand for air coolers. Our standard processing time is 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated delivery time of 9–12 business days.

Bedankt voor je feedback. Het klopt dat het product als op voorraad stond vermeld. Hiermee bedoelden we dat het product beschikbaar was bij onze leverancier.

In ons verzendbeleid staan de verwachte levertijden duidelijk vermeld. Ook wordt hierin aangegeven dat onze producten rechtstreeks vanuit ons magazijn in China worden verzonden. Door de uitzonderlijk hoge vraag naar airco’s is er helaas vertraging ontstaan in het productie- en verzendproces, waardoor niet alle bestellingen binnen de gebruikelijke termijn konden worden verwerkt.

We begrijpen dat dit voor verwarring en frustratie heeft gezorgd. We hadden je hierover eerder en duidelijker moeten informeren. Hiervoor bieden we onze oprechte excuses aan.

Wat vervelend om te horen dat je jouw pakket nog niet hebt ontvangen. We begrijpen dat het frustrerend is wanneer een bestelling langer onderweg is dan verwacht.

Een levertijd van 2 tot 4 werkdagen wordt door ons niet gecommuniceerd. Onze gebruikelijke verwerkingstijd bedraagt 1 tot 3 werkdagen, gevolgd door een verwachte levertijd van 8 tot 12 werkdagen. Deze informatie staat duidelijk vermeld in ons beleid.

Wanneer een bestelling al is verzonden en onderweg is, kunnen we deze helaas niet meer annuleren. We kijken natuurlijk wel graag met je mee naar de actuele status van je pakket. Op basis van de naam bij deze review kunnen we je bestelling helaas niet terugvinden in ons klantenbestand.
