Edurne, ha sido una guía muy agradable y empática, ha mostrado un conocimiento y profesionalidad extraordinaria. 2 horas muy recomendables por un Madrid de los Austrias sorprendente aun siendo madrileño y viviendo aquí.

Mi experiencia con esta empresa es pésima , pues venden una experiencia con una empresa que no trabaja con ellos hace 2 años!
A la hora de reclamar, dicen que te devuelven el importe, pero no es cierto, pagas un extra por el envío de paquete regalo que según ellos no es reembolsable!
Ni se les ocurra realizar nada con Yumpin

SECOND AND FINAL UPDATE! (I would kindly ask the Yumping team NOT to contact me again, either by email or by phone.)

Today I received an email from Yumping's Quality Department. They wanted to know about the issue after seeing my initial review. I told them that the matter had already been resolved and that I would adjust my review once the refund had been processed, since up to that point the attitude and assistance provided by the customer service representative had actually been good.

While I was editing the review, as I considered the issue resolved after being told that the refund would be processed, I received a phone call from the same representative who had been assisting me (I should point out that the number she called from was different from the one previously used). When I told her that I was modifying the review, she said something that made me rethink everything. Her exact words were:

"If you delete it or edit it, I can process your refund today."

This made me wonder: had it always been within their power to solve the issue immediately, but they simply chose not to?

Since my money was at stake, I agreed and changed my review to 3 stars. Shortly afterwards, I received another email stating that the Quality Department usually checks whether reviews have been removed or changed to 5 stars. Wanting to ensure the matter would finally be resolved, I changed my review to 5 stars and informed them. They replied saying that they had received and seen the update and that they would proceed with the refund. Less than five minutes later, the money was already back in my account.

I find it extremely disappointing that the handling of my refund appeared to be linked to the status of my review. It seems that the issue could have been resolved much sooner, yet instead I had to go through a long, frustrating and stressful process for no apparent reason.

Therefore, I am updating my review once again and restoring my previous comments.

UPDATE:

After speaking with customer service, I was assisted by a very kind representative who ultimately offered me a full refund. Initially, she tried to find alternative activities, but these were located far away from the original area where the booked activity was supposed to take place, so I decided not to accept them.

Her personal handling of the case was very good. She remained calm throughout the process (even though I obviously was not) and was always willing to help.

I purchased a gift voucher through Yumping in March for a canyoning course. I redeemed the voucher within the allowed time frame and selected June 20th as the date for the activity several weeks in advance. The platform allowed me to make the reservation without any issues.

The day before the activity, I called the contact number provided to confirm the meeting time and location, only to be told that there was no booking under my name. I was also informed that the company responsible for the activity had already ended its partnership with Yumping, meaning that the activity could no longer take place.

I immediately contacted Yumping by phone, and I was told that they would try to find a similar activity in the same area and on the same day, and that I would receive an email with further information.

However, the email simply repeated what I had already been told over the phone. When I asked what alternative activities were being offered, I was told that this information could not be provided over the phone and that I had to reply to the email instead.

I replied asking for details about the alternatives and was left waiting for a response.

I find this unacceptable, especially because I was allowed to book an activity that apparently no longer existed. Then, when trying to solve the issue, the response times were extremely slow, despite the fact that I had been planning this activity for a long time. With only a few days left before the scheduled date, I had already booked accommodation and transportation based on those plans.

I hope to receive a prompt response and to be able to improve my opinion of the company.

Une société de voleur trouvant tout les prétextes pour ne pas fournir la prestation et garder l'argent.
J'ai eu un bon pour faire du buggy en Andorre écrit en espagnol et quand j'ai voulu l'utiliser la référence était supprimé sous prétexte de date dépassé. Je leurs ai demandé de rembourser les personnes qui ont payé et là aucune réponse.

Mais la communication pour le remboursement à été simple et bien suivie et nous avons été remboursés dans les délais qu'ils nous avaient annoncé !
Essayez juste de voir si l'activité existe toujours avant de payer

Fue una experiencia muy bonita en mi caso fue con mi familia, estoy seguro que no olvidaremos creamos recuerdos muy bonitos y risas. El personal muy atento a nosotros sobretodo de mis hijos que no tenían experiencia con los caballos (yo tampoco monte 2-3 veces en mi adolescencia) y es opcional pero también participamos después en el peinado y refresco del caballo, lo recomiendo a todos seguro que no lo olvidarán. Cuando fui hacia calor recomiendo llevarse una botellita de agua.

Reservamos una actividad que no existía, para conseguir otra cosa nos costó mucho mucho. Tuvimos muy poco atención. Un desastre de empresa.

Ils vendent encore des prestations organisées par des entreprises qui ne travaillent plus avec eux, ou qui parfois n'existent plus.
Je suis professionnel et me retrouve parfois avec des gens qui viennent faire des activités réservées auprès de ce site pour une entreprise qui n'existe plus depuis deux.
Je leur ai déjà signalé la situation. Les activité de cette entreprise sont toujours en ligne; elle s'appelle AVENTURINE RANDO.
En plus je connaissais le gérant de cette entreprise qui leur avait déjà annoncé avant la fermeture de l'entreprise ne plus vouloir travailler avec eux.
En fait ils gardent un gros catalogue d'activités, sur la masse ça fonctionne, même si quelques personnes se font avoir, mais ce n'est pas leur problème

La experiencia superó nuestras expectativas. Fue un regalo para mi marido y salió encantado. La instructora que le tocó, Lucia, fue una maravilla. Repetiremos la experiencia seguro.

Estoy intentando contactar con ellos por todas las vias para comprar dos productos. De momento sin contestación.

Somos una empresa de turismo activo y esta plataforma genera graves perjuicios y desinformación a los clientes. Ya les hemos avisado por canales formales que no queremos trabajar más con ellos y que cierren nuestros perfiles desde hace tiempo, haciendo caso omiso a nuestras peticiones.

A día de hoy, siguen ofreciendo actividades utilizando nuestro nombre, cobrando a los usuarios sin que nosotros hayamos publicado dichas actividades ni fechas, lo que deriva en problemas con las devoluciones de dinero de los cuales no somos responsables.

No os fiéis de este canal de intermediación para contratarnos. Buscad directamente a la empresa (Montaña Viva) y os atenderemos encantados y de forma directa sin intermediarios.

He reservado una actividad de rafting, la empresa que hacía la actividad me comentó que por la falta de gente no se podía hacer la actividad, me cancelaron la actividad la empresa que la hacia y después gestione la cancelación de yumping y se ha dado resuelta sin devolverme el dinero. Y por mucho que reclames por la página de yumping no te contestan.

Hice el pago de un alquiler de bicicletas ,nuestro dia para poder hacer la actividad " segun esta empresa "no habia disponibiliad en el sitio , se han quedado MI dinero , tienen una politica de empresa poco fiable. Haremos una reclamación para darles la oportunidad de rectificar .

Me han regalado un bono para un vuelo en A Coruña el 3 de marzo. Hasta dos días antes de la caducidad del bono no había fechas disponibles. Ese día aparece disponibilidad, escojo la fecha y me dicen que todo ok que contacte con el piloto y la sorpresa es que el piloto me indica que lleva más de un año intentando darse de baja en la actividad por impagos y que no se lo tramitan, con lo que no hay actividad. Intento contactar con la empresa telefónicamente y es imposible.

Ho prenotato una passeggiata a cavallo tramite Yamping. All’inizio ho avuto un problema con la prenotazione e ho chiamato il servizio clienti. Mi ha risposto Salvatore, davvero gentile e disponibile, e mi ha aiutato subito a risolvere tutto senza complicazioni. Esperienza positiva, soprattutto per l’assistenza clienti.

Muy mala experiencia. Reservé y pagué con antelación para ir a pescar un lunes y, al llegar al sitio, me dicen que ese día no había salida. Lo peor no fue el error, sino el trato recibido después. Para cobrar no hubo problema, pero para devolver un dinero de un servicio que nunca disfruté todo fueron excusas y vaciles por parte del responsable. Me parece una vergüenza y una falta de respeto hacia el cliente. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Contraté con ellos una ruta a caballo, que al final no pude efectuar porque la empresa ya no trabajaba con ellos. Intentaron reubicarme pero preferí que me devolviesen el dinero y lo hicieron en el mismo acto. Todo bien
