Ich habe mir auf Empfehlung eines Freundes mein erstes YT Gravel Rad (Core 3) bestellt. Leider muss ich das Rad zurückschicken, da die Größe für mich nicht optimal ist. Da fängt leider das Problem an, von dem ich leider erst im Nachgang gelesen habe: der quasi nicht vorhandene Service! Ich habe - wie vorgegeben - am 25.06. über die YT Webseite das Formular zur Rücksendung ausgefüllt. Es gab die gewohnt Eingangsmail, mit der Info, dass man sich kümmert und sich meldet. Dies ist bis heute nicht passiert! Ich habe eine zweite E-Mail mit der Servicenummer hinterhergeschickt. Wieder keine Reaktion. Die „Service“-Telefonnummer ist seit Tagen nicht besetzt und es gibt nur eine Bandansage, dass es derzeit technische Probleme gibt. Auch die Kontaktaufnahme per Nachricht über Instagram läuft ins Leere, da auf den Telefonservice (HaHa) und die Kontaktformulare verwiesen wird. Ich bin gespannt, wie die Geschichte ausgeht. Vielleicht reagiert ja jemand von YT Industries auf diese Bewertung.

Update (08.07.25): nachdem ich eine erneute Anfrage für eine Rücksendung gestellt habe, hat sich direkt jemand gemeldet. Meine erste Anfrage sei in einer „falschen Queue“ gelandet. Was auch immer das heißen soll… Per Telefon ist der Service weiterhin nicht erreichbar. Ich hoffe, dass jetzt alles klappt.

Leider muss ich meine Bewertung auf 1 Stern ändern. Seit meinem letzten Update ist leider viel passiert und ich fühle mich von YT in der Luft hängen gelassen. YT hat mir am 18.07. mitgeteilt, dass es bei YT Änderung gab und das Unternehmen in Selbstverwaltung gehen musste. Daraufhin wurde meine bereits terminierte Abholung gecancelt. Seitdem werde ich immer wieder hingehalten, mit der Aussage, dass man angeblich an einer Lösung arbeitet. 🤷‍♂️ Ich habe jetzt nach 4! Wochen ohne Bild und Ton mal wieder nachgefragt und warte auf eine Antwort. Ich befürchte, dass ich mir rechtliche Unterstützung holen muss, um mein Recht auf eine Rückgabe durchsetzen zu können. Besonders ärgerlich ist ja, dass sich alles zu Beginn nur verzögert hat, da der Service von YT meine Nachricht nicht rechtzeitig bearbeitet hat, da es bei YT zu einem internen Fehler gekommen ist.

BUYERS BEWARE!! If I could leave zero stars I absolutely would.YT BIKES customer service team is the worst I have ever dealt with, once they have your money they could care less about the customer. I had to call the YT Mill in San Clemente due to the customer service phones being off because cs team can't keep up with orders and complaints so they pass that problem right to the customer. I went to purchase my second YT bike in 9mos and when I checked confirmation email it was the wrong bike. I ended up getting ahold of someone at the YT Mill in San Clemente that messaged the customer service dept and they cancelled order. I placed a second order for correct bike thinking I would get refund for original purchase within a few days.....wrong. I finally got ahold of the customer service manager Austin, after approx 12-14 emails back and forth with Kyle, who was immediately dismissive and clearly had no intention of doing anything for me and acted like I was being unreasonable because of his workload (YTs problem not mine) he was very condescending and basically said they will get to it when they get to it and he had 1000 calls and emails just like mine he has to respond to and was clearly out of his depth in this position. I cancelled second order due to the bad customer service and a complete lack of urgency when dealing with customer issues. YT has over $5500.00 of my money and said it will take up to 14days to process refund. Looking at the reviews I see I am not the only one dealing with this issue. I see they took 6-8 wks to refund another customers money. All I want is my money back and to be done dealing with this ridiculous company. They made it very clear they have no intention of refunding my money anytime soon and if you keep bothering them it's gonna take longer, (their email form section literally says multiple emails will result in slower response times). These guys have no clue what customer SERVICE means. Called COMMENCAL BIKES and got someone on the phone immediately and they were very friendly and professional and said I would have my bike on my doorstep in 5 days and even offered to expedite for free if I wanted, and they have free shipping! Go with Commencal they have outstanding products and customer service! YT lost a customer for life and I will be sure to share my experience with everyone I coach and encounter out on the trails.

What a robbing company.... Claim to be supporting people through cycle to work scheme but put they don't honour sales prices through the scheme and claim to be treating everyone equally. Whilst the GCI scheme charges 6% commission, YT put the price up by 30%. Absolute profiteering going on! You should be ashamed of yourself as a company. The response to this will be some corporate rubbish but you should be embarrassed as to how you put profit before your customers.

I made an appointment for a Demo ride at YT Industries in Guilford at YT Mill. Wow, first impressions of the shop was fantastic and very unique. I was met by Ryan who was very friendly and accommodating for my bike set up and briefing for the bike model. This was such a pleasant and exciting experience for a MTB establishment. Most cycle shops are not very warm or welcome.

So Ryan you are a credit to YT Industries thank you for your help, knowledge and 1st class service for my Demo bike. You gave me advice to purchase either my Jeffsy Core 2 or 3 dependant on funds and next payday.

Der Kunden-Support von YT ist immer sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Sie versuchen immer alles möglich zu machen.

Hab mir ein Fahrrad bestellt alles wurde bezahlt vor drei Monaten und jetzt Verzögerung mit Lieferung wenn ich einen Kunden was anbiete und von dem Geld bekomme, dann halte ich mich an die Lieferdaten.
Bin sehr enttäuscht von YT

Ich bin neu bei YT und habe mir ein Bike für über 5.000 € gekauft – die Erwartungen waren entsprechend hoch. Leider war ich schon nach wenigen Fahrten enttäuscht: Das Kurbelgewinde war beschädigt, obwohl das Bike gerade einmal 10 Tage alt ist.

Ich habe direkt Kontakt zum Kundenservice aufgenommen. Die erste Antwort kam schnell, allerdings wurde mir dabei unterstellt, der Schaden könne mein Fehler sein. Es wurde angeboten, das Teil einzuschicken – was ich auch direkt angesprochen habe. Seitdem: Funkstille. Keine Rückmeldung, keine Info, keine Lösung.

Bei einem Premiumprodukt in dieser Preisklasse erwarte ich Kulanz, Kommunikation und Verlässlichkeit – bisher leider Fehlanzeige.

Ich hoffe sehr, dass YT hier noch nachbessert. So bleibt momentan nur ein enttäuschender Beigeschmack und ein Bike, das ich nicht wie geplant nutzen kann.

Das Bike ist super bestückt und war auch sehr gut beschrieben im Zusammenbau, hat sofort geklappt!
Lässt sich super fein fahren , sehr wendig und leicht .
Der Service ist grandios 😀 ich hatte es sehr eilig mit der Lieferung und das Bike stand in 3 Tagen vor meiner Haustüre .
Ich bin mehr als zufrieden / 😁

YT Service mal wieder Top! Mittlerweile 8 Bikes dort gekauft. Sollte es mal ein Problem geben, wurde sich bislang immer schnellstmöglich gekümmert.

Ich habe mir mein 2. YT Rad gekauft und bin mit dem Rad super zufrieden. Es hat wie das Erste meine Erwartungen übererfüllt! Das Rad war auf Lager habe es innerhalb von 4 Arbeitstagen geliefert bekommen!

Dennoch hatte ich einige Fragen zur Bestellung sowie technische Fragen zum Rad. Da die telefonische Erreichbarkeit eher mäßig ist mit langen Wartezeiten, nutze ich immer das Kontaktformular. Und hier habe ich immer innerhalb von 1 Tag eine klare, aussagekräftige und sehr hilfreiche Antwort auf meine Fragen erhalten. Insofern ein super Service.

YT hat kurz nach meinem Kauf für genau dieses Rad eine große Sonderaktion mit zusätzlichen Rabatten gestartet. Auf meine Rückfrage wurde mit kulanterweise der zusätzliche Rabatt ebenfalls gewährt. Das hat mich wirklich begeistert! Vielen Dank YT!

I’m glad it’s only two hoodies and not bikes, either way it’s not right.

I’ve had some issues with my YT, mostly user error, but the guys are great at sorting them.

Great support, they actually sent me a piece that broke together with a bearing that was bad as well but I failed to prove it

Un SAV AU TOP! Ils sont très à l’écoutes, et m’ont aidé de facon très clair et pragmatique, sans négociation, lorsque j’en avais besoin. C’est pas toujours facile d’acheter un velo d’une marque b2c, mais je me sens en toute confiance avec eux, et je les recommande vivement!

Der Kaufprozess bei YT ist sehr benutzerfreundlich und einfach. Das Fahrrad selbst ist das beste Fahrrad, das ich je gefahren bin, vom Design und der Qualität bis hin zum Fahrverhalten auf dem Trail. Der Kundenservice ist ebenfalls erstaunlich, sehr schnelle Antwortzeiten und bereit, bei allen Anliegen zu helfen. Nach einigen Besuchen in der YT Mill in Deutschland, dem Rolling Circus, sowie dem kürzlichen Community Day in Leogang, AT, kann ich sagen, dass YT wirklich alles tut, um sicherzustellen, dass ihre Kunden nicht nur mit ihren Bikes zufrieden sind, sondern sich auch als Teil des Teams fühlen. Neben ihren Fahrrädern werden auch ihre Veranstaltungen mit Sicherheit jedes Mal ein Lächeln auf Ihr Gesicht bringen. Ein großes Dankeschön an YT, die YT Crew und das YT MOB!

Per Mail, erhielt man innerhalb eines Tages immer ein Feedback zu verschiedenen Themen. Bei einem Fahrradkauf wurde ein Rabatt der erst ein paar Wochen nach dem Kauf verfügbar war, nachträglich gewährt. Sehr fair! Alles wurde sehr unkompliziert abgewickelt.

Alloy Base MTB Blu Magic 2021,è una bicicletta fantastica io e un anno che la uso ed è una bellezza non mi a mai dato problemi. Io o spedito la forcella perché si era rotta la parte idraulica. Io lo spedita ed è arrivata alla fabbrica ed è tornata perfetta e anche le tempistiche sono state molto veloci , che dire grazie per quello che fate.

I got the YT Capra core 3 mx 2024 it's great but the DT swiss E1900 wheels are bad. We're it's put together snapped and leak tubles sealant. I have send it in for warranty After 2 months I got a update and the warranty was rejected. Now the want to that I pay 30€ to send the broken wheel back to my home.
