Your Ticket Genie  Arvostelua

Competitive price and very easy to turn the voucher into tickets at Volcano Bay in our case . Communication was great and we won't hesitate to use Your Ticket Genie again.

Fab experience booking with ticket genie for our Florida tickets. Very quick responses to any emails/retrieving tickets and double checking names. Also very competitive pricing I checked thoroughly and they were the cheapest. Thanks guys x

Used your Ticket Genie in October 2025 to book Disney tickets, Universal tickets and Sea world. Replied to all emails promptly. Easy to redeem tickets. Would definitely use again

We travelled as a party of 8 to Orlando. We had never heard of this company before but we took a chance given the favourable reviews! We were so pleased we did! Excellent communication Excellent instructions and so easy to pick up tickets. We will definitely recommend and indeed use again. Thank you for helping make our trip magical !

Booked our 14 day universal Orlando tickets a week before we were due to arrive and ticket genie was the cheapest website and their service is amazing!

I looked around for months before booking our Universal tickets - The 14 day passes were £486 each with universal directly and only about £20 cheaper with the other big names (attraction/florida tix etc). I came across TicketGenie on facebook and had a look - they were £100 cheaper per person. Dubious, I called their number and spoke with Tracy who owns the company and she explained the whole process to me, and I made the leap and bought the tickets from her.
We’re at universal as I type this, ticket collection was easy, everything was exactly as promised - amazing.
Thank you Tracy and ticketgenie, 100% recommend.

Great prices and easy site to navigate

Fantastic company, definitely the most competitive pricing wise, amazing customer service, got back to me immediately and sorted my issue, the issue was my own doing nothing to do with a anything they had done, despite that they were brilliant. Cannot recommend highly enough

Really easy to use website and had the best prices I had seen. When I did use customer services they were fantastic and I would definitely recommend and use again

Great information and assistance from staff with smashing prices

Previously bought tickets from this company and no problems at all. They quick to answer any questions I had and really went above and beyond. Second time booking with them due to great experience and great prices!

Super price and contact me to give me info on better deal

Really good service so far. I've booked disney event tickets for may 2026 and have already recieved the tickets and have them in my google wallet. I will be booking my universal tickets with them next because the price is better than anywhere else.

Such an easy way to get tickets for Florida. So easy collecting tickets from the kiosks. Great value for money certainly the cheapest I have found. Very helpful staff.

Wonderful service. I used Your Ticket Genie twice. Ordering tickets at short notice whilst in Florida. Tickets to Discovery Cove and Kennedy Space Centre. Fantastic prices, easy to navigate and great communication. Will definitely use again and recommend.

Purchased my universal tickets through your ticket genie, spoke to Tracy through messenger, who messaged straight back to my query, would 100% recommend and will definitely be using in the future, best for customer service and for us was unbeatable on price. Thank you

Tickets for universal sent within a few working hours. Quick, easy and the best price around when I ordered.

Bought 8 universal tickets - excellent rate - beat the big boys by £50 each - receipt and voucher provided within 24hrs - thanks Your ticket Genie !

Great response time on questions

We booked with Tracey and her team for park tickets, all day dining, party tickets and car hire. We were a group of 14 originally and then needed to add an extra person on.
I cannot recommend YTG enough, not only the cheapest by far, but the service was fantastic from start to finish. Tracey gave extra advice throughout, about esims and visitor tolls and various other things to ensure our journey ran smoothly.
Emails were answered immediately and they were all professional and friendly!
Everything ran so smoothly whilst we were away, we picked our car up in no time which is unheard of if you have ever hired a car abroad you know they normally take forever and try and sell you everything!
Honestly would never book a package holiday now and will always use YTG!
