Your Ticket Genie  Arvostelua

I purchased 14 day universal tickets as they had the best and lowest prices.

I also received the tickets less than 24 hours after I made the full payment which I was so impressed with. The email also had very clear instructions on how to obtain the tickets from the voucher which is so helpful!

I definitely recommend buying tickets from here as it feels so personal and they actually send everything in great detail unlike other companies.

Thank you!!

Brilliant company always helpfull no matter what the question is an can't beat there prices even on black Friday deals there still cheaper all year round thanks again Tracy 👍

Great prices, cheapest i found. Customer service team great with questions asked and whole process of booking and getting the tickets from Universal Studios was easy. Will definitely come back to Ticket Genie for tickets

I purchased 14 day tickets to Universal and Epic along with additional ticket for Halloween Horror Nights . The service I received was fantastic. I was sent confirmations, and instructions on how to collect my tickets (which I followed when I was in Orlando and received them with no problems at all) . The price was very competitive if not the best out there!
I had one problem before I went (accidentally deleted my email with my confirmation on) and it was resent to me very quickly. I highly recommend Your Ticket Genie to anyone wanting tickets. I will only use this company going forward. Thank you for everything!

Excellent customer service, cheaper than any other websites even when others had 15% off deals. They will now be my go to for tickets.

Best prices which reflect GBP to USD in real time, no gimmicks, just the lowest prices for disney tickets day in, day out.

Simple to use, good instructions, flawless.

100% recommend

I will definitely be using this company every time so helpful and so nice to deal with very efficient cant recommend them enough 🥰🙌

This company offered me the cheapest and best value for money park tickets - believe me I compared them with every other company online and they were way cheaper. Received confirmation of tickets within minutes and when I arrived at my Universal hotel provided my reference number and tickets handed straight to me. Absolutely brilliant service

Brilliant service, all queries answered immediately, best price out there, no problems with collecting tickets, fabulous service would definitely use nobody else now

Definitely the cheapest place to buy tickets for Orlando parks!

After I'd made a deposit on some ticketsz I later decided that I wanted to add extras, this wqs done via email within a few hours, amazing customer service.

While searching in various Facebook groups for best places to get cheaper orlando attraction passes alot of comments took me to ticket genie. I had a look and was shocked to see how much cheaper the tickets were than other outlets. Now I wont lie i was very dubious so just booked the cheapest attraction first which was gatorland within a hour I had the tickets in my inbox so booked for universal parks the horror night at universal and a passes for a day at discovery cove along with seaworld. I saved quite a bit compared to various ticket outlets and I cant fault.the service at all will definitely use these again in the future when in need of tickets

A great find was "Your Ticket Genie" and will always use going forward, way cheaper than all the other sites for our Universal tickets and more of a personal touch.

I got 3 park universal explorer tickets with one day at epic universe for €60 cheaper PER PERSON than what every other company was looking for. All paid for online, got a confirmation email straight away, and then had the tickets in my emails less than 2 hours later.

The easiest transaction I've had throughout this entire Orlando planning journey. I can see why they're so highly recommended on all of the Orlando groups on Facebook. Will definitely book again.

Highly recommend, just finished our two week holiday in Orlando ! Got universal and Disney ticket packages at a fantastic price with no issues at all !

I spent hours looking for the cheapest tickets with the best customer service as there were 12 of us which meant we were spending a lot of money. When I came across this company I was amazed by the price they saved us a lot of money. The service was first class and tickets were with us immediately. I definitely won’t be using anybody else in the future.

So far so good. Tickets have been the cheapest around, ordering was easy. Great communication. We are off to disney in 6 weeks. Have already recommended and will use again. Many thanks

I purchased tickets from ticket Genie , great communication throughout .
Would recommend.

Seem to always be the cheapest rates going. I had an issue with a deal I had booked and the extra free drinks package advertised wasn’t showing on the ticket and contacted them to check something. They were helpful fast and efficient at solving my issue and resent a ticket showing the extra perks even though it would’ve shown to the theme park anyway when they scanned the ticket but they could tell I was worried so sent it anyway.
