Your Ticket Genie  Arvostelua

Can't fault them. Tracy has helped give more info about each ticket I was looking at, offering a better deal for one I hadn't seen for one of them. She let me know when the sale price for SeaWorld was ending so I wouldn't miss out. E-tickets delivered very quickly. My only regret is that I didn't know about Genie before for my many trips away, especially Orlando

Excellent service! Had a few queries which were answered very prompt & efficiently by email. By far the best option for the combined Universal/Disney tickets. Very personal & professional service will definitely use again & recommend!

Incredibly competitive prices. Daniel answered my questions via email within minutes, I received the tickets within an hour. Very glad I found them before I booked tickets elsewhere.

Easy website to use and best prices.

Brilliant company. I’ve bough a few times and they always respond super quickly and are really helpful! They’re always really good on price too! Thank you! ☺️

A really helpful and friendly service.
I had to make changes to my orders and the team advised me how best to make those changes which saved me money.
Overall, a great experience.
I would not hesitate using them in the future

Tracy is fantastic always helpful and full of knowledge, I contact via email and they always reply with the hour, no matter what questions they are patient and will answer them. I have used them for the second year and I have found the price they quote is a lot cheaper than others.

Despite it being a last-minute decision to visit Disneyland Paris for the day, Tracey made the process seamless. She booked everything swiftly and had the tickets ready within half an hour. She also helped with any questions I had about the park without any hassle. I’ll definitely be using her services again in the future.

Super responsive and helpful, As first time visitors to Orlando the park ticket options are a bit overwhelming, particularly if you don't want 14 days in Disney! Tracey answered my queries and made the whole process super easy!

Great communication and excellent response thank you

Best price I found for Disney and Universal tickets, even when compared to other popular sites with promo codes

Tracy and the team are definitely A1.
I ordered Disney and Universal tickets from them. It was a complicated transaction as payment was split over two credit cards.
After paying I realised that I had made a mistake on the dates of the Universal tickets. I was horrified. But there was not need to worry.
Tracy and team immediately corrected my mistake and issued tickets tickets for the right dates. Also, because my correct dates fell in a less expensive price zone, they issued a refund (without my having to ask) which arrived in my bank account within an hour
Stella customer service from a very responsive and friendly team.
Highly, highly recommended

Super easy to book. Great deal on universal Orlando tickets.
Needed to contact them via email regarding dates and they responded extremely quickly and helped with my inquiry.

Excellent , very quick and very helpful. 10/10

Really easy to buy. Best price. Very quick to reply to questions. So easy to pick up tickets at hotel.

Great experience throughout. Communication was fantastic, easy and quick to get in touch with if needed. I also paid too much for my tickets, which I didn't realise, but I was quickly told of this and refunded the difference straight away.

Excellent company - very efficient and tickets arrived very promptly

Great experience. Initially skeptical to use them as the prices for universal tickets were markedly cheaper. Collected tickets directly from universal. Very easy and straightforward to use.

Excellent experience. Cheapest ticket options we could find, and the process to activate the tickets was really clearly described and easy to follow. Would recommend, and will use again.
