YourStride Arvostelua

Fantastic cane, better than advertised.

Good service, only had it a few weeks, but response is excellent

The principle is good but the battery life is abysmal. These are for disabled, those living alone, aged, memory loss etc etc. My wife cannot cope with the short battery life without me. Just 72 hrs is our experience. Now have to write on calendar each time we charge. I've got a sports watch, does an awful lot, lasts at least 12 days between charges. Why not Stride?

Gives you back your confidence to walk alone
Brilliant service

The watch is all set up and ready to go on receipt. Essential for someone living on their own. A real lifeline. It gives peace of mind that someone will be there if/when an accident occurs. Excellent and friendly customer service. I have no hesitation in recommending YourStride

A great product that gives you peace of mind. The watch is very comfortable to wear and doesn't need a base station

Your Stride provide an extremely good service. They keep us informed about everything we need to know. We have never actually needed to use the watch yet to alert us if my husband feels ill or has had a fall but we have every confidence that if required it will meet our expectations and fulfill our needs. It has given us peace of mind if my husband has to be in the house on his own for an hour or two, and their back up service reassures us.

Great product, quickly delivered, already set up, and excellent friendly support team. Very happy with my purchase.

Brilliant easy to use website very helpful for older customers. Peace of mind wherever you go.

Does what it says on the tin, simply and effectively. Not too complex for a mind confused by tech. Great customer service

Web site. Easy to use when ordering. I've only had one contact and that was when I first got the watch. Hopefully it will be a while before I need the services

The Your Stride personal alarm coming in the form of a watch, is an easy to use system at the affordable price of less than £20.

Great that the watch came ready connected and could wear straight away. Just wish it wasn't quite so big.

YourStride were very professional and helpful regarding my order. Their service has been very good. Since my dear wife Jackie passed away after 65 years together I live on my own. It is very reassuring to know that at 82 I have to just press a button if I need help at any time.

Great customer service, and battery life really good

Helpful people online & on phone. Ordering was easy, and delivery was quick. It fits well on my smaller wrists, but looks good when my relative tried it on her larger wrist. Sensitivity is excellent and a real person answers very quickly when I stumbled, very reassuring and they were so kind. Easy to turn off if I set it off by mistake. And when I did stumble and end up at hospital, the team tracked me down and spoke to my granddaughter on my landline to make sure I was OK. Fantastic Service all round Thank you I am really happy with it.

Excellent customer service on purchasing through to receiving and actually using the watch. Great communication and easy process to ensure the watch comes personalized. Also an easy to use website to monitor the wearer and the GPS function is brilliant.

Excellent communication with staff on telephone enquiry and subsequent purchase.

Product arrived on time and well packaged.

Product working well.
