Ik heb op zaterdag 7 juni 2025 een bestelling geplaatst (nummer YN065-7680-2485), maar geen bevestigingsmail ontvangen.
Zouden jullie die alsnog kunnen sturen?

Ik bestel vaker bij jullie en ben normaal erg tevreden.

Not Yours Clothing (Until the security tag is removed)

I went to Yours Clothing at Bluewater to buy some new clothes for work. Found a nice new top and wanted a couple of others in different colours. I was told that they did not have the others in my size but they were available on their website. So I sent off for them and waited a couple of days for them to be delivered. Low and behold one of them still has the SECURITY TAG attached to it! The on line chat bot put me in touch with a real person who told me I could send it back or go to the nearest store and have the tag removed. I now have to drive all the way to Bluewater and have the thing removed, no mention of how it's a waste of my time and my petrol. Please tell the packing idiots that they have to remove the security tags before they send clothes out for delivery.

Lamentable la atención al cliente

Lamentablemente deja mucho que desear su atención al cliente el trato empresa cliente es nulo .
Desde abril intento hacer una devolución y ni etiqueta ni nada mandé muchos correos electrónicos para buscar una solución y no obtuve respuesta( solo las genéricas que se mandan por una máquina como acuse de recibo
Puse anteriormente una opinión (aquí) quejándome y la empresa contestó que se pondrían en contacto conmigo para enviarme la etiqueta y 20 días después na de na.
Lamentable por qué me encantó la ropa que me enviaron pero en el primer pedido escogí talla que no era la mía por eso la devolución.
Perdí más de 100€ gracias a su mala gestión de atención al cliente .
Comparando con otras empresas un cero .
Lo siento pero muy mal 😤🙂‍↕️
Consejo intenten no equivocarse en la talla por qué será dinero perdido

The clothes are always great

The clothes are always great. I love oversized clothes and they are!
Order from Yours for years now and the only problems I have is with the postal service they use.
Third time that the parcel has gone missing and after complaining arives days later. Hesitant to order again.
